Everything was perfect!

I loved everything about this place! Mary-Ellen’s instructions very very thorough and the rental was perfect for my stay! I loved how homey it was and how nicely she decorated it. She was very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Location was great… about a 10 min walk to the Metro. I loved the area and the park across the way.

Listing matches the photos and description. It is located on the top floor (5th) of a small quiet building. Bus stops are right in front of the building and the journey to the hyper-center takes 25-30 minutes maximum (bus + metro). A short walk from the building are various shops (convenience stores, restaurants, bakery ...). Finally, Alexandre is a responsive host and offers good advice. We would recommend this listing.

Great host and a great place!

Really nice place, good location and quite simple to get to. Place was very neat and had air conditioning which was very helpful during the hotter days. Has all the amenities. Would recommend!

The apartment is 20-30 minutes by public transport from the city center. There is everything you need for a comfortable life. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a good restaurant opposite the house, which is open until late. From the nearest stop there is a direct bus to the sea and the beach. Hosts respond quickly, always available.

Great space in Zografou. Grocer across the street and close to the mountains.

100% recommend. Had a great time for 2 of us. Neighborhood full of stores, walking distance to bus stop, on a quiet off street, friendly old lady across the street greeted us everyday. Space clean, as described, felt a bit smaller than in pictures but we enjoyed it. Unique. Do be ready to cook outside, it wasn’t an “issue” just a lil more work moving from inside to outside when wanting to cook. Great patio, felt private, comfortable etc.

Wonderful Apartment & Host We had a great stay at Viktoras’ apartment. The space is modern, spotless, and felt like a high-end hotel suite - comfortable bed, sleek bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. It actually looked even better in person than in the photos and felt more spacious than we expected. The AC kept the apartment cool throughout our stay, which was a big plus during the Athens heat. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. Viktoras was an excellent host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy throughout. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens and highly recommend it to others!

We really loved this apartment. For two people and no children it was ideal. We loved the location, just two metro stops from Syntegma square, but overlooking green trees. There are nice restaurants, (we enjoyed “49”. - little bistro under trees) supermarkets and bakeries with 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed crossing the road and walking up Lycovitis hill and its amazing views over Athens. Decent coffee shop up the top and church full of 19th icons. Excellent shower, good small kitchen, nice sofa and comfortable bed. The best thing was the big roof area to sit out on in the cool of mornings and evenings ( or just open all the big opening windows. Lovely flat, lovely area, great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The modern decor made it feel both stylish and comfortable. Communication with our host Vicky was excellent, she was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe, yet still centrally located, which made getting around the city simple and convenient. Highly recommended!

It was a nice neighborbood near to Panormou and Ambelokipi metro stations. There are nice tavernas like Nikos to eat in walking distance. It is not a touristic neighborhood which is best because in touristic neighborhoods you pay more for the same product. Like famous Greek brand for cosmetics you can find in nieghborhoods’ Hondos center near ambelokipi metro for good price. And the best part of house is the balcony where you can rest and eat in peace.

We really enjoyed the stay, everything was tidy quiet and clean. And good metro connection. We were super happy with the stay.

We'd love to choose this apartment again for our next visit to Athens! Lovely apartment offering everything you'd possibly need. We chose the apartment for its vicinity to local transport and was the best entering point into Athens we could wish for (5 min to next metro stop to the city, 2 min to busses brining you to beaches in the south). You get perfect instructions on how to get there (we arrived from airport via metro) and helpful information like where you could store your luggage if you need to store it after check-out. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment offers everything you'd need, even some tabs for washing machine, dish washer and a lemon squeezer. Communication with upstreet team was easy, fast and nice. Thanks!

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for beautiful views from your private terrace all the while being conveniently close to Restaurants/bars

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
