Great location and view

we had a very good stay, the apartment is very well equipped. there is a bus stop nearby, very convenient for getting to Split.

Had a fantastic stay. The apartment is in the middle of the old center and therefore everything is within walking distance. Delicious restaurants within a maximum of 3 minutes' walk and within 5 minutes of the sea.

Jelena was so kind and helpful and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was nice to be a little outside of the city whilst still only being a short drive into old town Split. Thanks!

Close to the University and close to the beach and Mistral Beach Club. A 40minute walk to the centre or a short Uber ride - costing approx €4.50 Would recommend this place. Very responsive host.

Our stay was better than we could have expected. We received a nice welcome when we arrived and on several occasions Marija had left food for us, which was much appreciated. It was easy to get into the center of Split with Uber. The accommodation was nice and we got everything we needed.

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay at Andrea’s place in Split! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located. just a short walk to the beach and quick taxi to the old city. Andrea was a wonderful host, super helpful and responsive throughout. We’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great place. Two blocks from one of the best beaches in the city and 5 minutes drive to split harbor. The apartment is comfortable with a very nice view to the sea. We love the design of the building as well. Jelena parents are great, very friendly and helpful people. I highly recommend this place.

Hedita and Ivan were very responsive in their communication and always on standby if we needed help or further instructions. The flat actually looks even better in person- great views, 2 balconies (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom). The kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal and Lidl is 2 min walk away if you’re having a long stay and want to make some meals at home / packed lunch. Overall, our stay was great! Taxi rides to old town, town centre, beaches etc were all about 10 mins away and about 4-5 euros a journey 😌

Sanja was an amazing host! I booked last minute for one night and she accommodated all my needs. The space was beautifully presented and had everything you could need. Although I did not use the kitchen space, it was a great size and well equipped. The terrace was also a tranquil spot and a nice balance of sun and shade!

My girlfriend and me had a great stay at Martina’s place. The apartment literally has everything you can think of. Comfy, relaxing, modern, great view, and a beautiful garden with plants. I highly recommend this place. Martina was an awesome host, answering immidiatelly to any question.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had all the necessary tools, and the bathroom also had most essentials. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. The location might be a bit far from the Old Town and beaches if you don't have a car, but it's only a 4-minute drive to supermarkets like Lidl and Kaufland. The host was attentive and friendly. We loved our stay at Snjezana’s Airbnb. The apartment was very clean upon arrival and we could even check in as soon as we arrived. The location of the apartment in Split was very good, only a short taxi ride to the city center. Snjezana is a great host, she was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had and gave very clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this place and if ever will visit Split again, this will be our first option to choose. Host was very helpful and supportive at anytime. Highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Pava was a fantastic host. Ideal villa for a big group. Great social space around with pool with BBQ and eating area. Walking into town 10-15 minutes. If you are a big group looking to celebrate, I’d highly recommend Pava’s place. He was very good on communication and lots of local recommendations. 10/10 host

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location. Large, quiet, clean apartment steps from everything. Fourth floor walk up, but the manager (Duje) is terrific and even helps carry up some of your luggage.

We had an amazing stay. Mathew's house is incredibly beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen has everything we needed, the bathroom is spotless, the bed is very comfortable with top-of-the-line sheets. Location? Is perfect. Walking distance to the old town where everything happens in this area. And Mathew is the best host. We all want a Mathew in our Airbnb experiences!!! He welcomed us with such kidness, shared a ton of information about the country with us, and when we left, in addition to offering us late checkout, he took us to the airport!!! Thanks for everything, Mathew!!! You made our stay an incredible experience! Aahhh...and thank you for the tiramisu ;)

This apartment was an absolute gem!! Jelena was an excellent host, providing thorough instructions for check-in and the lovely amenities in her home. Our family was comfortable and loved this place! Jelena provided groceries which is so thoughtful knowing her guests are arriving after traveling. We loved the location!! My kids enjoyed the very fancy coffee maker and we all appreciated the wonderful water pressure in the showers. Absolutely recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Split!
