Ideal accommodation for families, right in the historic center of Kroměříž, entrance to the castle garden just opposite. Everything is available nearby. Great communication with the owner, perfect accommodation.

Přemysl was a great host, the flat is right next to the restaurant/bar, which had excellent service. Good and quick communication, flat was even better than expected from the pictures - very clean, eight beds, everything you need is there - Přemysl even pre-heated the fireplace, so that we were welcomed with a cozy fire in the oven, and a vivid atmosphere in the bar with great music and many locals - it’s exactly how you expect a small Czech town. And the connection to Olomouc is perfect, you can quickly walk to the town’s train station and the train to the city takes only four minutes, and runs every hour, even late in the evening. So all in all, I highly recommend staying at this place, especially if you’re a small group.

Viktor is a wonderful and helpful host. The home is roomy and quite, very comfortable. Private yard with room for kids to roam. Everything you could need to feel at home. We will be back!

If you want a quality accommodation, this is a clear choice for you. The lady is great and can be beautifully arranged and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. And in the morning, one can enjoy coffee with a quality coffee maker available to them. There was a detail like a fork for roasting sausages and leaflets with types for trips.

Přemysl's place is located in Grygov, village in a close proximity (6 min train) to Olomouc. The apartment consists of multiple rooms with shared bathroom and toilets, and a shared kitchen. in a building with local pub. The room we booked was clean, moderately spacious, cozy and warm. If you are unsure how to use the room heating system, just ask the host. The bunk beds did not look very stable, especially if heavier people are sharing one, but we managed to sleep through the night without any incidents, so I guess they will last. The kitchen has necessary utilities for a short <1 week stay (we stayed only one night and it sure was a nice addition), because you will be living in a small village in the middle of nowhere, so bring some groceries if you don't want to be hungry in the morning. One negative - since the apartment is in a building shared with a local pub (owned by Přemysl), it was quite noisy with metal music in the evening even after 10pm, so keep this in mind.

Host Přemysl was welcoming, helpful. The place was as described. There was a kitchen shower and toilet in a common area. The house includes a pub where the host offers something to drink and to eat. Overall impression 5☆ out of five. If I have a similar trip I will definitely stop by. Peter

The landlord was great. Honey and slivovitz are top notch. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The original address showed in the center of Valmez, but it is actually the municipality of Poličná, which is for a few minutes drive. So for lunches you need to go to Valmez. Walks can only be carried out in the village, there are no paths in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, only roads, although with minimal traffic. When you have a dog, you will find friendly dogs in the area, but yours are not allowed to poop everywhere, some neighbors in this regard are not OK even if you have bags (a custom of the city). However, we loved the place and the benefits prevailed.

Clean, well equipped and furbished apartment on the third floor that served the purposes of my trip.

Very pleasant, beautifully furnished apartment with a balcony for evening wine or morning coffee. The city center is about 15 minutes' walk. The lady and her friend, who handed us the keys, were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

Thank you for providing accommodation. At the front desk, which is about a 10-minute walk from the property, the concierge will give you instructions on where to find the place. Everything was according to our expectations, including a clean, quiet suite and the opportunity to go to a restaurant or store near the stay. A big plus is the Obeciny stop, which is about 50 meters from the accommodation. I can only recommend.

Ladislava was very punctual and welcomed us into her apartment, hosting us for three weeks. Being here for work I cannot speak of the area from a tourist point of view, but I can say that the apartment is perfect, spotless and complete with everything you might need. Convenient the main services of the city as well as the main roads. Book without delay.
