Mr. Onur's father, Mr. Mehmet, did not spare his support when I needed grocery shopping. Since the house is in a gated community outside the center, it will definitely be more comfortable to drive. They responded quickly to all my needs, thank you so much

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Our family all thoroughly enjoyed being able to spread out and make ourselves at home at this beautiful villa. We will remember fondly our time spent in the pool, cooking up family meals in the very well-appointed kitchen and eating alfresco.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

What a wonderful place! We were received very kindly and hospitably, which immediately gave a nice start to our stay. We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful house. Everything was taken care of to perfection and clean, and the beds were wonderful. With two bathrooms, the house is also perfectly suited for a stay with several people. Both at the front and back of the house you can sit outside, and inside there is a spacious kitchen and cozy living room where you immediately feel at home. The location is also ideally close to everything. In short: absolutely recommended. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

Maria’s apartment was amazing. From the comfortable bed, to the large soft towels, the comfortable sofa, air conditioning, pristine cleanliness and blackout shutters and all cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery we needed we couldn’t ask for more. Throw in the washing machine, drying rack (and pegs) we didn’t want for anything. Maria was really helpful and gave us a late check out as well as leaving us a get you in pack - all we needed for breakfast 😊. Maria is a wonderful host, and answered all my questions promptly and arrived to let us in dead on our agreed time. When you visit, eat at Maria’s parents taverna 2 minutes walk- an experience not to be missed. One of our best meals across 2 weeks and 6 islands. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on Kos, look no further- this is the place to be

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Beautiful house in Kos town. A little bit further out from the really touristy areas which we loved, but everything in walking distance. Lovely hosts, definitely worth every penny :) Thank you for our stay!

What an amazing peaceful, safe place in the middle of Kos town. Fantastic amenities at home including a fully loaded snack basket and mineral water. George and Maria are amazingz warm, so humble as hosts and are always at hand to help with anything needed. The. balcony with the egg chair is so so comfy and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer in the sun. We are vegetarians and there are shops nearby to get essentials and we loved the food at Mom's Restaurant right near the Hippocrates tree. Overall, so so glad that we chose this Air BnB, truly memorable and we will definitely come back here to stay at this feel at home Airbnb and meet the super lovely hosts George and Maria.

Incredibly sweet and generous hosts. The place was perfect for my friend and I. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, small kitchen area and an adorable outside area. Hosts were always very responsive and very kind!

Once we arrived we soon felt at home. Yiannis and his family were very welcoming. The house was spacious and clean. Thanks for the recommendations of places to visit. The weather was similar to the UK so we only visited one beach. A hire car gave us the freedom to explore the area. We left feeling very relaxed.

I loved my stay in Bodrum! The place was a little tricky to find at first as Google maps took me to the wrong location, but Erdem came and found me and guided me to the right spot. It’s very cosy and I loved that it has a washing machine. It’s easy to walk into the center, about 10 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

We've just returned from a totally magical holiday staying in Maria's home from home. It's truly an oasis of calm in a beautiful setting with a great outdoor space for chilling. We wanted to have a lovely Greek experience, rather than an ultra modern space, that could have been anywhere . . .and we got just that. Maria's place was just what the three of us wanted, enough space not to feel crowded, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely modern bathroom. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace looking over the garden and the hammock was well used for a relaxing read. We even had a very vocal, friendly kitty who greeted us daily on our return from exploring the island. There's a great local supermarket close by and the waterfront and restaurants easy to reach. Kos town is close enough to dip your toes into "busy" if you fancy. Maria was always available if you needed advice or help, a lovely lady. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you Maria xx

Only in one word : WONDERFUL. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host Ilias was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great quiet place with little private yard/garden in a peaceful Kos village with centuries old water source, clean, well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. We were in the end of April, so at times a little cool during the night, given that the bedroom is sort of a semi-basement. There’s AC for heating of course and I suppose it should be perfect during hot summer months. Thank you for having us!
