Cozy all year - with terrace and sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, surfing salt water; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Singles, couples, nature lovers find peace in Prerow, one of the most popular  vacation destinations on the Baltic Sea, with endless sandy beaches in the core zone of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park. There, in the old village center of Prerow, stands the tiny house cocoon. Arrive - Feel good - Relax Quite hygge awaits you on a small fenced property, the lovingly and individually furnished tiny house, from which you can explore the idyllic and unique surroundings.

Quiet apartment with balcony

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Shell Diver Vacation Home

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau. Free Internet access (Wi-Fi), NETFLIX. Pet-free non-smoking house.

Find a retreat in the meadow house for relaxing days at the sea and Bodden. The house offers all the comfort for 6 people to spend a carefree holiday. Just end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house offers space for the whole family and still plenty of retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

Cozy - Northeast

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.

Are you in the mood for a holiday on the wildly romantic north coast of Rügen? Right there is our cottage "Villa Strandgut". Relax with a walk by the sea, stroll through the dune landscape, spend cozy evenings in front of the crackling fireplace, or enjoy spring awakening with countless yellow daffodils on the terrace of the spacious garden.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
