A very tastefully furnished beach house with a pretty terrace and only a jump from the beautiful Baltic Sea, the port of Timmendorf and the booth, what more could you ask for?

An absolute gem in size, we lacked nothing and we all had imaginable amenities inside as well as outside in abundance! :) In the fully equipped kitchen we were able to take care of ourselves completely! In the beds, thanks to the very good mattresses, we slept like princes & princesses :) Evening there is red deer to watch in the field opposite and tomorrows, at breakfast in the beautiful garden, we are greeted by cranes, a dream. The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated, my favorite was the conservatory, with its oversized sofa that invites you to dream, wander into the distance and devour a good book:) Christian and Elisabeth provided us with 2 bicycles, with which we could make 2 nice excursions. We stayed a few days over Easter with the extended family and just had a fantastic time!

Very nice house, decorated with style. We felt very comfortable with 3 children. In Warin you can't do much, but you can do a different activity every day, e.g. to Schwerin or to the Baltic Sea.

Fantastic property in a great location. 15 min to the beach. Very tastefully furnished cottage, well maintained with terrace in the orchard. Perfect for a " break" , even with a dog.

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jules house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very beautiful, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

Our arrival was very well prepared (cleanliness, towels, freshly made beds, "welcome greeting"); the hosts were immediately available for questions. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You feel right at home. The 2 car parking spaces are of course luxury :-) In the village itself there are no shopping facilities, everything is a little outside (about 9 kilometers). However, the location is a good starting point for excursions by bike / car, e.g. to Boltenhagen, Lübeck, Wismar, Schwerin Rostock. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage by the lake! The surroundings are a true paradise! We are there - surrounded by the wonderful old trees, the view of the lake and the many birdsong - immersed in nature and have recovered, as we have not done for a long time. We had a very good stay. The apartment is as described and thanks to the nice phone call, no questions remained unanswered. We thought the offer with the bike was very good! This way, you can quickly reach the beach. The smallest could play in the garden and everything else you need for a stay was there. The flexible check-in was perfect for us. There were three of us and we felt comfortable all around in Lars' apartment. Each of us would book the accommodation again immediately. It is beautifully close to the center and the sea. Has everything you need for a few days off. Lars was also available at all times and tried to be helpful and also described everything very well. Best regards, Yvonne

Everything is great, I'd love to come back.

Katharina and Christian's apartment is very quiet on a farm. The farm is not directly on the street, which is very nice. You can only hear the sounds of nature. The apartment was prepared with a lot of love - every detail fits together and everything has its place. We stayed here as a large family (2 adults + 3 children) for 5 days and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had rather mixed weather, but in fact there are many activities in the area that can be easily reached by car. We had a great time and found Katharina and Christian to be very pleasant and likeable hosts.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very good amenities and nicely furnished. Sandra was always available and very friendly. The location is nice and quiet, yet within walking distance of the center and the beautiful spa park.

Hanns-Martin and his great place were our rescue (family with two young children) when we spontaneously needed a place to sleep. He was quick to respond to our request and from the first communication to the departure everything was perfect! The accommodation corresponded to all descriptions and in particular the communication with the host left nothing to be desired! We would rent another place with this host in a heartbeat!

Astrid's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with a lot of love and care and has everything you need. Communication with Astrid was very good, as I was helped immediately with questions. What I really appreciated is the privacy that was maintained, even though Astrid lives in the same house. I had absolute peace and quiet and was able to enjoy my time. In summer, as it is now, the apartment is pleasantly cool. The surroundings are wonderful and it is worth walking to the Kellersee, which is only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The city center can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. All in all, a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure.

I am traveling by bicycle on the Baltic Sea and I have slept one night in the accommodation. Everything was well explained upon arrival, the apartment was clean and beautiful. I was able to park my bike in the shed overnight. That was great. The beautiful, wide Baltic Sea beach is about 8 minutes by bike. Birgit was very friendly and responded promptly when I wrote her a message. I highly recommend the place!

The stay in Bad Doberan was very pleasant, a nice little apartment with light furniture. Everything was very neatly furnished and cozy, the apartment is located in a quiet corner of Bad Doberan, everything is very relaxed to reach by car. In any case, a clear recommendation.

The accommodation is really as beautiful as in the pictures: very spacious, stylishly furnished and comfortable. The bathroom is brand new and the kitchen is a dream. The balcony opens onto a quiet, green garden area - unfortunately the weather was bad, otherwise I would have liked to sit outside in the evening. To the front, living room and bedroom, there is a relatively noisy street, but if that bothers you, you can close the very well insulated windows. 😉 Two supermarkets are within walking distance in about 10 minutes, and on weekdays a bus runs almost from the door to Travemünde. I felt very comfortable!🌞

Rene is really a first class host!!! The apartment is enchanting and peppered with many great details in the development, very, very nice. In the words of my wife, "awesome." Centrally located apartment in the beautiful city of Wismar. Many terraces and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Most restaurants offer a simple tourist menu. But many of those restaurants do have a nicely located terrace. One restaurant we visited was mediocre: Frische Grube. Sebastian's apartment is tastefully decorated. An excellent bed is located on the mezzanine. Accessible via very steep stairs. That is not a problem for those who are on their feet. Not for us (77 years) either. With our bicycles, which we were able to store perfectly, we explored the coastal areas of Wismar for a week.

Maike's apartment is as shown in the listing and pictures, we felt immediately comfortable. The location is great for trips in different directions along the Baltic Sea and the amenities offer everything for a short stay. Communication was smooth and even when we were briefly locked out, Reinhard was right there.
