Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

Karina was very responsive and helpful. We checked-in late due to a delayed flight but she was still proactive in assisting us on our next steps to get to the accommodation. The place is very clean and neat. Just like in the photos. Lots of restos and cafes around and close to bus and train stations. Fantastic!

Franco is a very nice host, staying so many times in Taipei airbnb This is the best place I imagined for airbnb!A few very nice places to recommend: Room facilities -Franco's place is on the first floor of a tranquil Shilin residential area, even with big luggage. - There is a separate dressing room with a separate wet/dry shower in the room, and there is a small yard space outside the room, which is cool and airy even in the summer. - This time bringing a cat is also able to move steadily in the space rented, and there will be no animal odor in the space that will keep her alert. Owner & Pets - There is a lot of Franco's own collection in the house and is very vibrant planted. -Franco was very nice and informed that we were going to the show on a rainy day and offered to drive us to the show!It was nice to have his assistance avoiding the rainy day Lauton. -Franco's dog Tesla is the best Shiba Inu I've ever seen, and the personality is very stable, I haven't heard a call from him for 2 days, and I will come and say hello to a stranger. While it's location is inside a wet market, the room is surprisingly quite. Yes there is voices from the sellers in the morning but it's all acceptable. Since the location is in the market, there's a ton of options for cheap and great food. Just buy any food and you can eat it in your own room. The room is very clean, and all facilities is working well. Naomi is also very responsive and very quickly replying to all my messages. Overall rate : great place!
