Holiday rentals with a patio in Zeytinburnu

We had a great time at this modern apartment. The place looks much nicer than the photos, very clean and spacious. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The host was helpful and responsive. There were lots of beds and space. The place was about 5-10 mins walk to Metro/Trolley station. It was convenient to find everything we needed in the stores close to the apartment. We didn’t succeed to connect to the wifi, but the host later mentioned that maybe it needed a reset. Not complaining, but would be great to have a newer set of cooking pan. Also would be great to have some basic material such as cooking oil, trash bags, toilet papers, etc. overall, very happy with our stay.

What a great stay we had in this loft apartment. 2 bedrooms, very neat and tidy. Fantastic views from the balcony. Central location, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We were very happy with all communications, made it easy. The apartment was the same as the photos.

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. We also found the location very convenient and the host very responsive. Would stay at this apartment again.

الشقه مناسبه لشخصين فقط يعتبر استديو مثالي بجانبك كل شئ دون استثناء ليلا نهارا الدخول للبناء برقم سري والدخول للشقه ايضا برقم سري يوجد انترنيت تلفزيون حديث الاثاث جديد مناشف كل سكن مثالي لم احس نفسي خارج منزل هدوء ليلا وصباحا في المبني الجميل صاحب ودود وخدوم ياتي الي السكن اي وقت تحتاجه اتمني له التوفيق انصح بشده هذا العقار واوصي بالسكن به وانا بكل تاكيد سوف اسكن هناك مره اخري دون نقاش ☺️☺️☺️

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

The accommodation was very private and clean. It exceeds our expectation as two families getting together in Istanbul. It was a good deal as it feels like home where can prepare our own meals before our tours around the metro. Also, the house is walking distance to tram station so it is very easy to go to Eminonu where you can then go to Galata Tower and Grand Bazaar. Thanks Chris for always being there for all our queries.

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Un excellent séjour à Istanbul chez Ibrahim ! L’hôte est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos moindres questions, il répond rapidement et se préoccupe qu’on passe le meilleur séjour possible. L’appartement est top, très bien équipé et on s’y sent comme à la maison. Rien à redire, l’emplacement est aussi à proximité de plein de commodités et des transports. Nous avons adoré !

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
