An apartment with a great, uninterrupted view of the sea! The listing is just as shown in the photos, clean and well-equipped. You can also enjoy luxuries of the hotel with buffet breakfast, pool access (at an additional cost). The hosts were always responsive and answered all our questions with patience. Would definitely recommend for a short or long-term stay!

Отличное жилье, шикарная локация, теплые полы. Немного шумновато от лёгкого метро, но быстро привыкаешь. Обратите внимание, что двойная кровать по российским меркам больше полуторная.

Ruiz’s House is in a great location close to lots of restaurants and the train station. The apartment is new and clean, with great appliances and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very accommodating. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again!

The flat is perfect for short stays, because there is no stove. Our host was very caring. He will help you out. Also he gave clear instructions about entering, it was easy. Overall I highly recommend.

Zeytinburnu’nda, denizin hemen yanında harika bir dairede konakladık. Jakuzi keyfi yaparken deniz manzarasının tadını çıkarmak gerçekten eşsizdi. Daire son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, her şey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Lokasyon olarak da çok avantajlı, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Tekrar İstanbul’a gelirsek kesinlikle burada konaklamayı tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkürler!

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, alles war gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine angenehme Unterkunft suchen!

A great place outside tourist hustle but super close to metro station and train, also bus. Have everything needed there and exactly as described, new and clean. Completely recommended by me.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei der Ruzi'S House. Es wird nächste mal auch unsere Unterkunft sein. Kurz gesagt ich kann dieses Unterkunft jeden empfehlen.

Great treat and attentions where given with Eren, he was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed, we asked for something else to get warmer since we are not used to the cold weather, and he super fast solved it for us! would 100 % recommend to stay with him. The house is so beautiful and clean. definitely would come back! thank you

Bulması kolay oldu. Saolsun direk konum da iletildi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim oldu. Semt içinde iyi bi yerde. Zemin katta fakat kliması iyi, banyosu sade ve temizdi, buz dolabı da çok iyi soğutuyordu. Koltukları rahattı. Mahremiyetten yana sıkıntım olmadı ki benim için önemli olan noktalardan biri buydu. Memnun kaldım. Tekrar teşekkürler.

I loved this place a lot! The owner was always super friendly and nice, trying to help me with all the little issues that we had. But everything else was just amazing. The building is pretty old, so you might get some WiFi issues sometimes, but it’s super easy fixable, he will explain what you gotta do, just reach out to him. Thank you for having us! I will definitely get back there next time when I’m in Istanbul!

Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie fantastyczny! Gospodarz okazał się nie tylko wyjątkowo komunikatywny, ale też niesamowicie zabawny – od razu stworzył swobodną i przyjazną atmosferę. Bardzo doceniam łatwość kontaktu i szybkie odpowiedzi na wszelkie pytania. Samo mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, dobrze wyposażone i dokładnie takie, jak w opisie. Do tego lokalizacja – rewelacyjna! Blisko do centrum, sklepów i komunikacji miejskiej, a jednocześnie spokojnie i bezpiecznie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w okolicy.
