Louise was so sweet and her home is a little gem with the BEST bathtub EVER in the bedroom. Such a cool place and very roomie for a couple. Beautiful decor! Love the interior design touches mixing the old stone with more modern elements. The only negative was finding parking. Luckily we found a little spot all the way down the hill in front of the school….but this is Lake Como so we’re used to hiking up the hill!:) Just an FYI for anyone with mobility issues. We loved our stay and especially loved our meals out on the deck and also enjoyed Villa Lario built into the cliff just below. Fun experience:) We’d love to return sometime!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

I have so many good things to say about this place. Philip was incredibly kind and helpful. The place was stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. It is peaceful and walkable and everywhere you look is beautiful. The place is cozy and super clean, I loved opening the windows and just staring out at the view. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Such a historic, peaceful and walkable place. Market, 3restaurants and boat dock close for boat tours. Eros and Daniel were some of most helpful and responsive hosts I have seen. They live a block away. Will always cherish sitting on lawn at dusk watching lake Como lights come on

Das Haus und seine Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt an einem Bach, dessen Rauschen uns nicht gestört hat. Vom Haus aus haben wir viele Wanderungen gemacht, bei denen uns meist niemand begegnet ist, so einsam ist es dort. Nur am Wochenende war etwas mehr los. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bei der Anreise haben wir uns noch mit reichlich Lebensmittel versorgt, um unser Auto möglichst lange nicht bewegen zu müssen. Für Backen und Kochen ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Nach den Wanderungen nutzten wir immer die Sauna, nachdem wir den Ofen mit dem vorhandenen Brennholz angefeuert und die Sauna auf Temperatur gebracht hatten. Wer 24/7 erreichbar sein will, muss sich vielleicht einen anderen Ort suchen. Netz und damit auch das WLAN waren nicht immer verfügbar. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Incredible views. Highly recommend renting a scooter to make commute up and down the hill much easier. 10/10 would stay here again.

Un havre de paix au milieu des montagnes où le temps semble ralentir. Le jardin plein de verdure, la vue magnifique.. tout invite à la déconnexion. La piscine pour les journées ensoleillées et la cheminée pour les soirées hivernales sont un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Lucky est une hôte douce, bienveillante et attentionnée. Merci Lucky, pour tout, du fond de notre cœur. Une escapade qu’on aimerait revivre encore et encore. Nous gardons un très beau souvenir du Liechtenstein et recommandons ce coin de paradis, chez Lucky.

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in diesem ausgewöhnlichen Airbnb. Das Bergpanorama mit Wasserfällen, Schwarznasenschafen und immer wechselnen Aussichten je nach Wetterlage direkt vom Balkon hat unser Herz höher schlagen lassen und alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Unterkunft war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Mike hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir könnten direkt von der Unterkunft aus loswandern und waren sehr glücklich mit den Wandermöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Danke für diese schöne Erfahrung! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden dieses Airbnb sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. :)

Elisabeth und Andreas sind sehr sympatisch und liebenswert und haben uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Das Studio befindet sich in ruhiger und sehr schöner Lage. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Sehr gerne wieder!

Bei Gerhard und Conny ankommen und zuhause fühlen : ) Eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung, die tip top ausgestattet ist. Unsere beiden Jungs und wir haben die herrlich sonnige Woche rundum genossen. Toller Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen und danach auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Mehr Erholung geht nicht!

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

We could not recommend Antonietta’s place enough! Not only was Antonietta incredibly welcoming and flexible for our late check-in, but she was on hand for our whole stay if we needed her, Antonietta was a highlight of our whole trip, her warm hospitality is unmatched! The place itself is beautiful, the view takes your breath away and a perfect base for exploring Menaggio. Antonietta gave us clear instructions for walking down into town which is really easy, however it is uphill on the way back! Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for exploring Lake Como and quieter than the usual tourist hotspots. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay in Menaggio! Thank you so much Antonietta, we will be back!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Alba war wirklich traumhaft - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Es ist sauber, ordentlich und man findet alles (und noch mehr) für eine schöne Auszeit vom Alltag. Jana & Dennis waren stets erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend, haben uns jede Menge Tipps gegeben und uns sogar an den Erzeugnissen ihres Gartens teilhaben lassen. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen für jeden der ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Sigis wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist hervorragend - ruhig und mit super Wanderungen und dennoch bekommt man alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Sigi ist super freundlich, hilft einem sofort und lässt einen sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen auf dem Balkon bei dieser Aussicht ist eine Sensation - das wird uns sehr fehlen! Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend - alles da und wunderbar wohnlich, sodass man sich einfach nur wohl fühlen kann. Auch unserem Baby hat es super gefallen :) danke Sigi für die tolle Zeit bei Dir!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Anna ist eine unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig und ideal zum Abschalten. Wir haben uns in diesen Ort verliebt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

Great experience staying with Marinella. She was very helpful and always responded quickly, helped us with the tourist tax change and recommendations for dinner. There were even delicious biscuits in the kitchen :) The location was great, easy walk to good pizza. The views from the balcony are great too.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
