Zeljko’s place was perfect for my longer-term stay in Belgrade. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, with easy access to the center via (free) public transit. It has a nice kitchen and the second bedroom doubles as a home office. Would stay again.

Vladana is the great host, she always quickly responded to all the questions I had, and she was very polite and flexible about the late check out. The apartment was also very cozy and well-equipped. Grocery store is located literally across the street and there are a lot of nice caffès nearby. But if you have time - the kitchen has everything you need for the cooking.

Great host excellent communication

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

Our stay at this place was just amazing! Already upon arrival we were warmly welcomed – check-in was straightforward and very friendly. The apartment was the same as in the photos (if not better): super clean and equipped with everything you need. I especially liked the attention to detail – from fresh towels to little touches like coffee and snacks. Location was perfect: quiet but still close to everything you need. Easy to reach from the airport and right outside the door bus stops that made it easy to get anywhere. A lot was within walking distance. The host was always available, helpful and gave great tips. You can tell that it's rented out here with heart and mind. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Thank you for this great stay!

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka was a great host, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and action. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Feel free to come back anytime!

A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I'd love to come back there. Easy to find private parking, near the highway. Too bad we couldn't block longer Will definitely be back.

The apartment was exactly what we needed and wanted for our month stay in Belgrade. It was in a quiet neighborhood with some restaurants and coffee shops around it. There was good public transportation very close to the apartment. The shower was great with tons of hot water and great water pressure. The bedroom had a tv and great pillows. Living room couch was comfy. Lots of towels and good sheets. Two a/c units worked great. Radomir was always responsive. Lots of amenities were provided, salt, pepper , suger & coffee pods. We can recommend it highly.

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.
