it was perfect place in the nature for the small holidays 🙌

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

We spent 6 wondeful days in Diana's house in Bacevac. Location: about 45 min from Belgrade center (very doable for afternoon or evening visit to Kalemengdan and Belgrade waterfront). Located in a peaceful village of Bacevac. Beautiful views of rolling hills from terrace or even from the pool area. About 5 min by car from nearby bakeries, stores etc. In a very pea full surroundings tou will sleep well the only sound being of the morning roosters and neighboris dogs. House is spacious for 5 people with very nice leaving room. But it is the outside that makes it spectacular. Beautifully arranged pool area with attached orchard, and in the front childrens playground and nuce seating area.

Super kuca za porodicni odmor. Ima mnogo mesta i razne opcije za zanimaciju i sportske aktivnosti. Tijana i njeni roditelji su jako prijatni i komunikacija je bila mnogo ugodna. Gornji deo kuce sa kupatilom nije mnogo moderno opremljeno, ali je sasvim prijatan, i komforan i cist. Hvala puno!

Отличный дом. Ухоженная территория, чистый бассейн. Хорошая барбекю-зона. Есть все необходимое для отдыха и приготовления еды.

Отдыхали с подругами, всё прошло отлично! Вокруг очень красиво, в доме уютно и чисто. Много чем можно заняться на территории - качели, гамак, батут... Есть всё для того, чтобы пожарить мясо. Мирко специально для нас подготовил бассейн и джакузи - это было прекрасно! Да и вообще с Мирко очень приятно общаться :)

A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

Odličan smeštaj za jedno ili dvoje ljudi, blizu Ada shopping mola i same Ade Ciganlije, odlično povezan besplatnim gradskim prevozom sa ostalim delovima grada. Parking može da se nađe u ulici i bezbedno je noću, Lidija je odličan domaćin i uvek nađe način da pomogne. Odlično iskustvo i preporuka za saradnju sa Lidijom!

We loved staying at Koviljka's place! She was a great host. Very responsive to all of our questions from the time we booked until we arrived. She met us outside when we arrived to personally show us the place. Our friends rented the place next door which was so perfect. We each had our own space but were steps away from each other. Koviljka knows the owner of that place which was also very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and hot in the shower. The area is super convenient and walking distance from everything in Zemun which is such a nice area to walk around. It's an easy bus or taxi ride away from downtown. The area is nice and quiet and I felt safe walking around by myself. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Belgrade!

Konser için Belgrad'a gelmiştik. Yoğun talep nedeniyle birçok yerde fahiş fiyatlar vardı. Ivana'nın evi ise tüm olanakları çok makul bir fiyata sundu. Ev merkeze biraz uzak ama toplu taşıma imkanı çok fazla; gece, hatta sabaha karşı döndüğümüzde bile rahatlıkla eve ulaştık. Evde de her şey yerli yerindeydi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. La casa es enorme. Muy cómoda para grupos. La anfitriona muy atenta y nos facilitó todo. Muy contentos, repetiríamos sin duda.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The accomodation is at an excellent spot in Belgrade. You have to walk maximum 3 minutes and you can find a gas station, a shop, a pharmacy, a post office, or even a tire shop if you should need one. If you’d like to shop at a Lidl, the walking should take around 7 minutes. Nenad was amazing. He replied very fast, spoke great English, and was always helpful and friendly. We booked our accomodation on the same day, very last minute and he still accepted! Our car was parked inside the premises - not on the street, which is a huge plus for me. The wifi was good, I could communicate with friends and family without any problems. All in all, we are definitely coming back to Belgrade, and I would 100% book this place again. Thank you Nenad!

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

Gayet keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik, aile oldukça sıcakkanlıydı. Ev küçük şirin minnoş bir evdi. Merkeziydi, herkese tavsiye ederim :)

Beautiful apartment in a great location. It’s bigger than it looks on the photos. The owners, who live downstairs, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would love to return someday.

Miloje's place was wonderful! I stayed three weeks and the place was perfect. It is conveniently connected to the rest of the city while remaining very private and spacious. Very close to bakeries, markets, and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

Really enjoyed my stay! The space was very nice and cozy, and the location was perfect with so many restaurants and other places with easy reach. Highly recommended 👌

The house is cousy and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay (+ free and good wifi). 2-3 cars can park easily in front. It is also very easy and quick to get to Beograd city center...20 min or so with a car. Many bakeries and stores in just 2-3 minutes drive. I also recommend the "Deda Stavre" as nearby restaurant - you wont regret it :). And Luka is very friendly. Cheers mate, thanks for eveything!

Very good place to stay for a few days: not far from the centre, food shops and very good cafe (Caldo) nearby, pretty house with comfortable beds. It was a big pleasure to communicate with Edita: helpful instructions, good recommendations about nearby area.
