Waterfront holiday rentals in Zealand

We were very warmly welcomed and were shown the beautiful surroundings on a small tour of the grounds by Tina. The accommodation is very comfortable and lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space. The apartment is flooded with light through large glass windows and glass doors. There is a cozy seating area outside right in front of the living-dining area with a large table to eat there. We enjoyed the peace and the enchanting polyphonic bird concert. Tina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. In the morning, Tina hung delicious croissants on the door. We felt wonderfully spoiled all around! This place offers a great starting point for excursions into nature in the immediate vicinity, but also for activities in Roskilde and Copenhagen. We were in the apartment for 4 days. It is a nice apartment and was clean and nice. It is right by the harbor in a lovely place. Next time we are in Skælskør we will rent the apartment again.

Signe's place was perfect! Even better than expected. We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and having all of the baby necessities made it much easier and enjoyable for us. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location!

We stayed with Lars and Gitte from Friday to Sunday - and it was a real pleasure! The apartment was fantastic and with lots of personality and coziness. All the details were taken care of, and we immediately felt at home. And the view! Being able to enjoy the morning coffee with the view of the water was completely magical - both inside and outside. Anne and Ulrik's house is a small jewel, built in absolute tranquility and in wonderful natural beauty. Anne and Ulrik greeted us personally and also said goodbye, and were always available to us. The house is equipped with everything you need, the light is fantastic and really unique at any time of day! It was sparkling clean, even all the windows were perfectly cleaned. We enjoyed the kayak rowing trips and the wonderful sunsets, the animals and the sea from the terrace. A great place for all those looking for peace and nature! We would love to come back any time!

One if the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. Marie was the perfect host, and her place was incredibly charming, peaceful, and cozy. The setting was beautiful, and we felt like we had our own little world to ourselves. But if we wanted to get out and explore, the guide book was full of great recommendations. We would love to stay again and recommend it highly to anyone.

It's a really nice cottage, and the location and view are simply amazing. You have the most beautiful sea view whether you are cooking, sitting on the sofa or eating breakfast on the terrace. We 👌🤩 had the pleasure of a couple of wonderful days in the house with lots of peace. The nature and sea views are balm for the soul and great for calming the limbic nervous system 🙏🏻🪷 A completely calm summer evening in the large and warm wilderness bath overlooking the water and with a bird of prey hanging and hovering in the air 100 meters away, simply so delicious 👌🙏🏻🌊🕊️☀️🌿🌳 I give my absolute warmest recommendations of both Robert as a host and their beautiful cottage.

We loved our stay in Møn and the guest house was an important part of our experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The house is spotless, light and airy, lots of places to sit / lay / relax, extremely well stocked with every kitchen utensil and spice / herb you could ever need. The bedding and pillows were brand new and all linen / cloths / tablecloths fresh and clean. It was so noticeable that huge care and attention goes into their home. From the sunroom you can play one of the boardgames and admire the sunset. Or marvel at hares as they run along the lane. Within minutes of arrival our children were welcomed to use their play area and zip line. An invitation to join Peter fishing was gratefully accepted. He taught my boys how to lure fish for Hornfish, (they caught one which he gutted for us, along with some others he’d caught). We ate them for lunch with a bucketful of shrimp he’d netted for us that morning. Sea to table. What a joy! Peter and Kisser are wonderful people. Their kindness will never be forgotten, and their love of their island has rubbed off on us. A special stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. The apartment is quite large so we had lots of space to move about and store our belongings, and the unit is well appointed and comfortable. The floors are wooden and one main section somewhat squeaky so the first couple of nights we were waking each other up walking to the kitchen or bathroom, but we quickly adjusted and otherwise slept well. Because we were jet lagged we also found ourselves looking for restaurants open after 10 pm, but these were difficult to find because, it seems, Copenhagen restaurants don’t stay open late and the location isn’t in the midst of all of the action. We adjusted by purchasing groceries and snacking. Otherwise the walk along the lake to the metro or other locations was beautiful, and Eva is a gracious, responsive and accommodating host.

We stayed for a month and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It is light and bright with beautiful views from both balconies. I especially liked the location because it was within walking distance to Fisketorvet, a nice shopping spot with a couple of grocery stores, restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to both the metro and the harbor bus. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying at Toke’s place and will stay there again the next time I’m in Copenhagen.

An exceptional place to stay in Copenhagen. Most places are walkable but it also on some key bus routes and is handy to the public ferry. The apartment itself is a lovely space, with excellent amenities and well provisioned. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views! Literally next to the beach

Claus's place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped -- perfect for our small family (my wife and I stayed with our 1-year-old son). It's literally steps from the lake and close to some nice restaurants and cafes, though a bit of a walk (about 15 min) to the nearest metro station. Claus was always friendly and responsive, and his clear instructions made check-in easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Carl's flat was unique. The view from the 18th floor to the Carlsberg brewery is fantastic. The check-in was smooth and flexible. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!
