For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

Iris es una excelente anfitriona y sobretodo guardiana de un hermoso recinto. Tuvimos la oportunidad de realizar una convivencia de fin de semana con jóvenes y la experiencia fue muy positiva. Los jóvenes tuvieron la oportunidad de participar de talleres, encargarse de tareas domésticas y sobretodo disfrutar de la piscina, el billar y las hamacas. Vimos como sus vínculos se fortalecieron al tener diversos espacios para compartir. Los cuartos son ideales para grupos grandes, están bien organizados y limpios. La cocina es espaciosa y posée los utensilios necesarios para hacer grandes cenas. Aunque la carretera principal queda cerca, no se sentía el sonido de los vehículos. Los alrededores tienen el suficiente verdor para amortiguar el ruido y refrescar las noches. La comunicación con Iris fue ágil y estuvo pendiente a nuestras necesidades. Ha sido una gran experiencia y queremos repetir el próximo año. Agradecidos.

This is a beautiful home that accommodated our family of 5. 💛 It’s in a great location that’s close to everything—main road in & out of Luquillo, beaches, restaurants, grocery store & nearby attractions. It is a well-kept home with a spacious & yard/patio in a quiet neighborhood. Our host Alina was extremely responsive & helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend.

Really beautiful spot right on the ocean! Another gorgeous beach just down the road too. Perfect spot for a couple or small group looking for a beautiful vacation at the beach. Super close to the national rainforest too, which had some gorgeous views of the island as well as some great hiking. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a great stay at La Hacienda. It was a tricky drive through the winding rainforest roads in the dark, but location was just how Gerardo described. He was proactive with checkin instructions and local recommendations. The house is in a great location by the river and in the rainforest-you can hear the coqui and birds and river flowing all the time. It’s just a short drive to grab groceries or check out the beach/shops in Luquillo. The outdoor living room space was really nice in morning and evenings while relaxing between activities - the ceiling fan helped keep away the few mosquitos that snuck in. Las Pailas is super close and our kids loved spending hours there. Tour groups came in waves so they got a lot of time on the short and high water slides and loved climbing on the rocks - just be careful and carry things on your back and not in your arms! :)

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

El alojamiento cubre todas las necesidades básicas para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Todas las áreas del hogar son cómodas y organizadas. 🍃 Si quieres disfrutar de Luquillo, Río Grande y otros pueblos limítrofes es un excelente hospedaje, ya que todas las actividades quedan cercanas al alojamiento. 🚘 PD: A segundos de “Kioskos de Luquillo” para disfrutar de la gastronomía puertorriqueña y a unos minutos de “El Yunque” para hacer una caminata pacífica dentro del bosque. 🥟🍹🌳 💯% RECOMENDADO.

Carlos was very attentive, responsive, friendly and welcoming. This beautiful apartment was perfect for me and my family to spend our long weekend. Carlos had everything you can think of regarding kitchen equipment, bathroom necessities, pool and beach essentials, even BBQ grill ready! We are most definitely already thinking about our next stay.

I absolutly LOVED this place. Is quiet, extremely secured, pet friendly, only steps from the beach and amazing swimming pool. Nicole is an amazing host! This by far is my favorite Airbnb stay. Can't wait to stay here again. My daughter and my dog absolutly adore this place. Thank Nicole and I will be contacting you soon ! Villa Layka is a magical place to stay.

This place was very nice. Loved being able to sit on the balcony. Great open concept in the Livingroom/kitchen area. One recommendation: we booked for a week, and had to live out of our suitcases because there were no dresser/drawers in any of the bedrooms, this was an inconvenience for some of us. One room had a closet so they were able to hang up their weeks worth of clothing. The pool was driving distance, I would book closer to the pool area. Only other major issue was we lost Wifi in the condo for three days into our vacation. It rained a few days, so staying in, we couldn't watch television. If these things are not important to you, then you'll love this place. Other than that, everything was great, and I recommend 100%.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

We had an amazing stay at this beach apartment! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carmens home is just what my family needed. It's beautiful and the Ocean is at your back door. I did not want to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. My husband and I love the cute home and had everything and more we needed. Private gated safe with security 24 hours and close to the everything you need. We cant wait to stay again at Carmen's place. The place was super clean and not one bug, clean dishes and clean blankets that smell like fresh laundry! Thank you, Carmen, for opening your home to us!

Una experiencia única y inolvidable, el lugar con una vista hermosa, muy tranquilo, el anfitrión una persona increíble, muy buena, humilde pero sobre todo está al pendiente que todo esté bien y lo que necesites para ella ayudarte, en verdad una persona maravillosa y servicial. Yo estuve aquí y me encanto y volvería, lo recomiendo no se van arrepentir yo estuve 12 días y fue lo mejor. Desde el lugar, hasta el anfitrión.

Mansour was an excellent host and very responsive. We loved our stay at his place. It was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Everything in the house was brand new and modern. The view and location was amazing. It was the perfect place for our stay and would love to stay here again! 100% Recommended.

Everything was perfect. Electricity went out for whole island. Our generator kicked in and didn’t miss a beat

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

Great Place, pacefully

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!
