This was an excellent stay! The location is perfect - walking distance to everywhere. And Sakher stocked the apartment with everything i needed for my stay! The bottles of water in the fridge when i arrived on a hot day were exactly what i needed! And the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Completely worth it nice and a relaxing stay with my friends. It was exactly how the pictures showed nice and clean with an amazing view of the city. Villa was nice and secluded in the hills ! Will be booking again if I’m in Jordan.

Good , clean and cozy place in a great location

I had a great time staying there 🥰 The apartment was spotless , smooth check-in and check-out , Mohammad was so responsive and made sure that everything was okay . Big thanks to Abd and his wife they were so kind . To anyone who plans to visit Jordan esp. for the first time , this is the best listing you can find , affordable , family friendly , quiet neighbourhood, great location with a walking distance to everything you might need , a few steps away is Souk Jara which opens on Fridays , in other week days you can have an ice cream or a snack and sit on the stairs watching sunrise/sunset. The place has great amenities, my favourite thing was having my morning coffee at the patio ❤️

We absolutely loved staying at the almond tree. The home is in a super cute neighbourhood of Jabal Amman with really historic homes and beautiful architecture and where we really felt the local experience staying there. The home is beautiful, clean, and was exactly what we were looking for. We were lucky with our timing because the grapes from the vine in the garden were ready to be plucked and Isam allowed us to take some with us on our hike. Isam was also super helpful in providing us with recommendations for our hike up north and he really made sure that our time in Jordan was seamless and relaxing. Thank you guys for everything!

Yahya and his wife were gracious and generous hosts. They were responsive to our requests right from the start, and afforded us flexibility with our check-in and check-out process. They came in-person to show us the house. The house itself is located centrally. There are eateries, cafe's, supermarkets, a mosque and laundry all at walking distance (0-3 min walk at best). The house itself is spacious and beautifully maintained. The rooms and washrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for all needs. There was a garage to park our car. The backyard had comfortable seating for the family to sit around and enjoy breakfast around a nice little garden. If you're an avid reader, particularly of Arab/Islamic literature, Yahya's library is a gold mine. Yahya is knowledgeable about the country and gave us amazing suggestions for places to visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to families and would myself return in the future!

Omar is incredible he was very accommodating and very quick to respond for questions, he is also flexible with check in and check out time, which was extremely helpful, the place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay, briefly this is definitely the perfect place to stay at Amman.

Even though we only spent one night here, it felt very welcoming and spacious. The host was responsive and gave us the location very fast. However, even though the listing says it can host 10 people, there are only 6 beds and 4 people had to sleep on the couch and on a mattress. Make sure to clarifiy this with the host.

What an incredible host! I had an exceptional experience at this Airbnb. First and foremost, a huge thanks for accommodating our early check-in. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and responsive to all of our needs. The home itself was very comfortable, and the pool was perfect for my kids. The location is also fantastic. A special shout-out to Taki, who was in charge and went above and beyond to assist us in many ways. Whenever I return to Amman, this will definitely be my first and favorite choice. Thank you so much!

The location of the apartment is very excellent, and the place is very beautiful and close to all needs. You do not need a car in this area because it is in front of the Abdali Mall gate, so you can move around with your feet. The apartment is clean and excellent for only two people. The host and caretaker of the apartment are very helpful. There will be another visit in the same place...

It’s a great location beautiful building and apartment next to the boulevard makes it very convenient easy to get back to apartment every taxi or uber person knows the boulevard or the Demac building

If you’re looking for a place to stay long/short term in Amman, look no further! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and it became our little haven. The area is so nice and close to major areas, it’s easy to get Talabat deliveries and the washer and dryer were such a plus. Everyone is super kind and Mai is so helpful and gets back to you right away. Very clean, very safe, very homey. You will love the location and facilities. Thank you Mai for making our stay in Amman a cozy one!

The truth is that the accommodation was wonderful and Mohammed is a kind and responsive man and the area is very safe and quiet and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Their generosity, warmth, and hospitality truly stood out. The apartment itself was beautiful—comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything you could think of yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and are so grateful for how accommodating and kind our hosts were when we had flight delay . Great flat in an excellent location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Just a short walk to many amazing restaurants and cafés. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. I’d definitely stay here again!
