Ari’s place was great . Definitely a hidden gem in the city. The host was really helpful and responsive and definitely made me feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely return whenever I come back in town . I really appreciate all the hospitality. The space was clean and really close to everything.

Good price for a nice place to stay. Feels safe with the security the complex provides. Only thing to be noted, it is next to a highway so it would be a little noisy at times during traffic hours. But overall great place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic stay! Reuben and Laura were so responsive, helpful, and kind. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable. The courtyard inside this space is beautiful: a gorgeous garden, a pottery studio, and a cafe that's being renovated. Lavender, rosemary, traveling vines. It was super idyllic. It's also an incredibly nice neighborhood with SO many fantastic restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the front door. I would recommend Reuben and Laura's place to anyone - 10/10!!!

A 5-star accommodation and beyond that I felt at home and with a hostess who was always very attentive... I highly recommend the place... I would return to the same place without hesitation...

¡Thank you! It met all my expectations; I received more than offered, the directions were clear and the service provided quality. We felt welcomed, really at home. The location is excellent, easy to get to, well communicated, with recreation on Sunday and everything you need around, whether for shopping, leisure, food, health care... Both the host and support staff are very friendly and always willing to do their best to make the stay pleasantly unforgettable. I would come back without hesitation!

This place is amazing. Fabulous restoration, lots of little things in the decor and furnishings that add to the ambience. Checking was super easy, access was easy. Only thing bad I can say is that I wish I had booked longer!! ;) Very close to shops, squares, heritage buildings and places to see. Ramiro and Martha were very responsive and great to deal with. If you are looking for a place to stay in Centro historico - or just Guadalajara - STAY HERE! We will definitely stay again when we come back!! Rooms are huge, kitchen and outdoor areas are perfect.

A great place

Excellent stay, a very pleasant and comfortable place to be. We really like that area and the location is very good because everything is accessible. Edgar was always very helpful. Because it is an open space there were many mosquitoes but they left repellent and tablets which helped a lot but otherwise no problems.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

Great place to stay. I’ve always stayed at the Hilton in midtown. This place has everything you need and a lot better than staying at the hotel. Great price for everything that comes with it. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, quick access to main avenues and places of interest; a convenience store and a plaza are very close. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, I recommend it.
