The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Nicolás is an attentive and caring host, who makes sure everything is in order so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Excellent for a quiet vacation for family or group of friends and staying to enjoy the house! All rooms had clean sheets, blankets and towels. The impeccable house, has hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. above all excellent cleanliness and we loved that even flowers were in the vases. I recommend going ready to settle in the house and go to the supermarket before to cook there since it has all kinds of utensils and what you need to have a quiet stay. Miguel attended us with an excellent predisposition and super good.

Beautiful, clean and cozy cabin, it has everything for the stay, very good location, it is very close to Zapallar beach, 15 min walk, while you go all the way along the promenade of the coast, walking quietly. Also very close to restaurant the Chiringuito and the rich empanada of La Caleta. Highly recommended cottage.

Villa Brown exceeds expectations, a home full of details and relaxing spaces. Very welcoming, in an environment of nature where everything is willing to stop and enjoy. The pool is an exquisite place to share and have a great time. Andrés is always concerned and attentive to what might be needed, we will be back soon.

Great house. Right at the golf course. Easy access to other activities like Padel, Tennis, surf, hiking, horsebackriding, parapente and Barbecue. We loved the house.

Very good place. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped, good heating, large and complete kitchen. Even the dishwasher is the best I've reserved on the platform for the price/product. I recommend it.

The house we rented was very cozy and at the same time had all the spaces of a huge house (A very nice patio, a beautiful and panoramic view of the sea and hills and an exquisite terrace). It met our expectations of having a quiet and comfortable vacation in an almost paradisiacal place and at the same time being close to everything. We loved this experience and the accommodation.

the accommodation is excellent, the location is ideal for walking and disconnecting for a moment, the beach is ideal for walking and touring with the family. the only negative was that when we arrived there was a slight but noticeable dog smell in the apartment, outside of that everything very well equipped the grill, the beds, the bathrooms, everything excellent the only thing I would add is in the kitchen, since it only has one pot. but outside of that nothing more to enjoy without problems problems.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, clean and very tidy. Ideal for breaking out of the routine and relaxing for a few days. The view is spectacular, and the surroundings are very quiet. It has very good connectivity and is close to everything, whether in Reñaca or Con con. Highly recommended. Finally, I should mention that the response time was almost immediate. Super good host.

The place: excellent location and wonderful view. I especially value that I have linen towels and bathing things like shampoo and soap, a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, availability of blankets and extra blankets. Loza, utensils and appliances, everything you need. It is as shown in the photographs. It is well decorated and cared for.

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony which provided a remarkable warmth apart from the security in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back
