Very large and modern apartment with direct access to the beach.

An interestingly designed house with the charm of older times, overlooking the forest. Lots of amenities we didn't even have time to use. The beds are a little narrower than we have at home, but they were still comfortable sleeping on them. I was a little concerned about whether the railings in the house would be too sparse for our 2.5-year-old son to pay extra attention to him, but it was handled by the cloth, so it felt safe to me, and he was walking well and comfortably on the stairs, but most of the time he was still playing with his cousin in the dining room, on the patio, or in the garden. The airy upper hallway beautifully connects the entire house, so even if you're upstairs in the room, you know what's going down in the dining room (unless you close the door). Sometimes they get to their ear when they have masses in a nearby church, which we didn't use, but my puberty daughters inspired them to go running to a nearby nice park in the morning, where there's a cross-country skiing trail. Nearby are also very nice climbing frames for younger children, but we didn't have time to use. Very close to the center and to the aquapark, which my husband praises everywhere because there is the warmest water he knows and I like to sit among the grown plane trees, among other things. Although Eszter doesn't live in the space, she's ready to communicate or commission a local business. Thank you so much for your stay.

We stayed for 8 nights in July as we know Zalakarosz well and have been coming here for many years - mainly for the thermal bath . Location of the house is great - in a quiet area , only 10 mins walking distance to the thermal bath and 5 minutes to restaurants . The hosts were super responsive and welcomed us when we arrived to do the check in . We Had the ground floor apartment and were two couples, so separate bathrooms and bedrooms were great. The table and terrace is perfect for breakfast too. We ate breakfast at home every day and ate out in the restaurants around in the evenings. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Only one point we noticed or would have made the stay perfect was the missing oven in the kitchen . The beds in the bedroom were a little hard for those preferring a soft mattress but nothing to complain really . Other than that all was great and our stay was lovely. We will be back . Thank you .

What great hosts! They received us with local wine! We have so much space and all the beds were super comfortable! Walking distance to a great restaurant and very close the the thermal springs. My family loved stay in such a homey space.

Enjoyed a perfect stay in an amazing villa!! The villa is amazingly equipped, the owners thought of all the little details, everything was new, cozy and clean. The location is great, close enough to all the hot attractions in the area. Highly recommend!

Bastian is extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a big smile and a tasty bowl of watermelon. Wonderful because it was so warm. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the room. We immediately had a click with the host who went above and beyond to delight us. He showed us beautiful places nearby and surprised us with his gastronomic arts. We felt so at home that we immediately booked another night. Bastian has spared effort to make it cozy both inside and outside, such as cozy seating areas and a well-equipped outdoor kitchen. The fact that Bastian hospitality is very important is evident from the fridge by the pool where you can grab a drink and put the pennies in a cash box. In transit or a nice place to stay at Lake Balaton? Villa Nova is highly recommended!

Are stay at Bastian's was an amazing experience. Bastian was very welcoming, kind, considerate, and was a great host!!!! Our room had a touch of class. It was sooooo clean and spacious. spacious. We enjoyed Bastian's companionship and his super service. We loved our stay and recommend it to everyone coming to stay at Bastian's place. We are very thankful for Bastian's over the top hospitality and friendship.

Joker Villa is nice to relax. There is a nice swimming pool to swim in or sit on the swing bench or lie on a sunbed. Furthermore, the space was equipped with many comforts and the bed was nice. We stayed in the outbuilding with a beautiful large terrace. Adrienn is a very friendly and active hostess, our comment about the wifi was resolved within an hour.

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is comfortable and homely. we had a nice holiday there
