Two story cottage with its own Chan. The house can accommodate 5+1 seats, and is built exclusively with environmentally friendly materials, namely clay and straw. Near the cottage there is a terrace, in the yard there is a barbecue, a hood, a hammock, a playground. Located in the village of Solochin, 7.5 km from the center and the railway station in Svalyava, 1.8 km from the sanatorium "Flower of Poloni", 600 m from the Svalyava — Perechyn highway. A convenient entrance is an asphalt road.

One cabin for guests—so no one will disturb you. Just one neighbor nearby. All around: an old orchard, a small grove, endless fields and forested hills. And in the distance—mountains. The view changes throughout the day, and you’ll want to watch it wrapped in a blanket with a cup of hot tea.

Furniture and finishes are made of an array of valuable wood. The house is on a quiet street in the center of Yaremche. The windows overlook the Elephant cliff. Opposite the pond and nice green space. Nearby is Prut River, supermarket, pizzeria, McDonald's. There is a parking space.
