An old rustic building alludes to local traditional architecture. There's a really big property with lots of greenery and fruit trees in the house. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the hills of Ron and Vlhost. The house is located on the trailer of the village, but has a closed yard, so it offers proper privacy and absolute peace. There's a stream on the trailer and a children's playground. Genoa is a historical village that is still on an oval medieval plan and the whole village is a village preserve.

It includes a TV, a sofa bed in the living room, which is connected to a kitchenette equipped with built-in electrical appliances (built-in fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), including a hood, a double bed, and a wardrobe in each of the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom and living room have access to a garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The cottage is located on the bank of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a great reconstruction to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
