Stay Roman City A healing place where only family and friends can make memories

"Stay Romantic" means "staying in a romantic place." The owner is a painter from Gyeongju. He returned to the neighborhood where he lived as a child, built a two-story house, and wondered what to do with the first floor, and opened 'Stay Romantic'. The 37-pyeong space is simply decorated with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen and living room. The capacity is up to 12 people. The living room and rooms are decorated with the owner's paintings, making you feel like you're in a gallery. The window facing south is a natural frame containing Gyeongju Namsan. The true nature of 'Stay Romantic' is in the outdoor space. The 1,150m2 site is filled with lawns, ponds, gardens, vegetable gardens, swings, long swings, and a simple swimming pool. In the distance, Mt. Namsan in Gyeongju, a mythical mountain, spreads like a folding screen, and right in front of you, the view of the field, which is different every season, is excellent. Chop the firewood into the owner's handmade furnace and bake the pork belly in the pot lid. Adding vegetables from the garden will be a fantastic experience.

The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

My accommodation has been the place where we lived for a long time, and I recently renovated it by working by hand for a year and a half without going through the dealer directly with my owner's hand. Our accommodation is located in the center of Gyeongju, in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, which is crowded with tourists all year round, and in the future, it is bordered by Hwangnamgwan behind the Science Invention Center.With a floor area of about 45 pyeong and a land area of 165 pyeong, parking is available for up to 4 cars inside the main entrance and provides various amenities indoors and outdoors. We offer ample parking and a courtyard. It can be used by up to 10 people for an additional fee. It is located in Hwangnidan-gil, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and taverns nearby.

Gyeongju Traditional Hanok Pension Seoak Hall/Near Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal

This is a spacious, clean, and spacious house with a goodle room in a newly built traditional hanok house in 2019. It is convenient for sightseeing because it is about 15 minutes by car to major tourist attractions in Gyeongju city such as Chumseongdae, Gyeongju Eupseong, Donggung Oberwolji, Woljeonggyo, and Hwangnidan-gil. There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There are Seorak Seowon, Muyeol Kingdom, and other Seorak Tumulus-guns nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk away, so it's a great place to take a walk. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

The accommodation was really clean and beautiful. It was spacious and stylish, and it was really convenient with a variety of amenities such as a water purifier, a Dyson dryer, and Aesop bathroom products. Also, the accommodation was close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions, so it was good to walk. The accommodation was so neat, and it was a place where each plant was filled with affection. I used it with my sister, mom, and me, and the babies, so 6 people used it, but I was worried that it would be a little small, but it was enough. My brother-in-law especially liked the annex! In the middle, the baby fell, so I washed the clothes once, but it was nice to have a washing machine and a dryer :) I left a piece of clothing, and you kindly sent it by courier. Thank you. I visit Bulguksa every year around May and June, and I want to use this place again next year.

I travel all around the world, and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was very smooth, and when we walked in, there was music playing to welcome us. The house was incredibly clean and beautiful. I especially loved the jacuzzi, it made me want to stay forever haha. Two nights weren’t enough. The location is also great for walking everywhere. I’ll definitely come back if I ever return to Gyeongju.

It was really nice to be able to go to a place called Gyeongju and rest as comfortably as my own home. I was impressed by the beautiful view of the rice fields outside the window of the accommodation, where I could feel the purification and healing of my mind together. ^ ^ The building itself is so beautiful that it is an accommodation where you can take a picture of your life. ~ Above all, the owner of the accommodation kindly responded, so I rested very comfortably during my stay. I'm planning to come to Gyeongju again this autumn for the maple season, and I'll definitely visit again.

I have experienced countless stays in countless travel destinations, but there were few places where I could feel the consideration in details and everywhere like 'Goyeon'. Above all, the most impressive thing was the cleanliness. It was the first stay that I trusted enough to skip my own sanitation routine for the first time on a trip. It's hard to mention specifically because there are parts that are tailored to each guest, but for us, it was a stay that was more than satisfactory. Personally, I believe that there is no '100% more satisfying accommodation than home' in the world, and I think that if I want to find fault with any place, I can. However, the completion of the space, the host's thoughtful consideration, and the quick and sincere response shone enough to surpass all those trivial parts. I believe that anyone who visits this place will not be disappointed in the host's hard work. Goyeon was not just a place to stay, but a place to experience. It was a pleasant time to get closer to nature, and it was a stay that will be remembered for a long time.
