Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ysyk-Ata

I strongly recommend this Airbnb! The whole place is clean, cozy, beautiful. We also pet a very friendly cat Masha. The hosts were so kind. Overall had a fantastic experience.

We stayed for 4 days at the end of April 2025 and were impressed by the apartment. It was spacious, lots of light, comfortable, clean, and well equipped kitchen. The internet was fast and great for working online. We liked the location and everything that was nearby. Kunduzai was a kind host and did her best to ensure a good stay. We had two issues that were outside of the control of the hosts but affected our stay. One was construction happening on the apartment next door. They seem to be doing a complete renovation of the apartment and the noise during the day on Friday was unbearable. They did not work over the weekend so the rest of our stay was unaffected. The other issue was being woken up by a group of voices in another apartment around 4am on Sunday. They were talking, no music or anything, but their voices carried right into our bedroom and woke us up and kept us up for the next hour. But on the other nights we had no issues and slept well.

Clean apartment with necessary amenties at a good location. Even though we struggled little bit with checkin due to the langauge barrier with the security guard Perizat was really helpful in sorting it out. She was very much available to provide us all the details and answers to our queries before we booked our stay. We look forward to hosted by Perizat again.

This was my first AirBnB experience and Ahmed and the co-owners of the property made everything very easy. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion and everything was handled with flexibility. The location and property were very clean and cared for. When I return to Bishkek, I will certainly look to book a stay at one of Ahmed's managed property's as a first choice.

I would also like to share my experience with the accommodation and give a rating. I was a guest in the luxurious apartment of dear Janara from 05/18 to 05/27. Upon our arrival, the apartment was completely and stylishly prepared for us. The photos in the ad absolutely correspond to reality – everything was as beautiful as shown. During our stay, we often had visits from family members who were also very enthusiastic about the apartment. It was my second stay in Kyrgyzstan, and I would definitely book this accommodation again on my next visit. I can recommend the apartment without reservation – I would especially like to highlight the great communication with Janara. She was always available, responded quickly and was very helpful.

Everything was beyond my expectation! I had such a wonderful stay. The place conveniently located in the center of downtown and still amazingly quiet. I would highly recommend.
