Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ypsos

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

The place we stayed at was something we could only dream of. A small house with an incredible view, together with an amazing pool. The house was very private. Victoria is a great host and person. All communication was very fast and polite. Might go again in the future

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

I loved this house! We had to move out of a previously booked airbnb and Dimitrios accommodated us last minute. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's close to some fantastic restaurants and a large supermarket. When we had questions, communication was super quick. I enjoyed my stay there and appreciate the hospitality.

The place was impeccable, we had some problems during the stay promptly resolved by the landlord, super kind and super helpful! Perfectly clean and met our expectations, recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Spyros’s property. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available and attentive to anything we needed. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely terrace, a charming garden, and private access to the sea. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for a perfect getaway.

Vasiliki's place is absolutely stunning. The terrace, the view, the apartment, the cat that comes with the property and Vasiliki herself, of course! Our plane had been an hour delayed so we did not get to the place until 10pm. She was waiting for us when we got there to welcome us and show us around. On the table was a bottle of water, oaties, apples and delicious honey. She also gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat at. The view is breathtaking, even better in real life as it looks in the pictures. 100/10, would recommend. And will come again! Thanks for having us, Vasiliki!

We loved to stay at Alexandra’s place! The view in the morning is spectacular, and the place is in a great location! Close to the best beaches in Corfu, with nice restaurants and bars in the area. Alexandra was super lovely and everything went smoothly! Thanks a lot, we’ll be back! 🏖️

The accommodation was great for us – close to the beach and restaurants (around 10 minutes of walking) and Igor was really nice. The only thing we minded a little bit were the mattresses (they weren’t really comfortable), however, we slept rather well… so it depends on your needs:)

We had a fantastic stay in Ypsos! The apartment was spotlessly clean and ideally located – just a few steps from the sea, with supermarkets, bars, and cafés all within walking distance. Our host was incredibly welcoming and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Parking was easy and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our time there and would gladly come back!

It was great! wow! we are so excited how beautiful it was at Alexandros! everything spotless, super kitchen with everything you need, clean bed, very comfortable, super quiet location and very private, it was ideal for our honeymoon and it was even cleaned every day when we were not there. 5 stars are not enough for Elpida! She was by far the kindest, most accommodating host I’ve ever had: friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout my stay. Her apartment is truly straight out of a design magazine. While it’s tucked right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-listed Old Town, full of charm and history, the space itself is modern, thoughtfully furnished, and full of “good vibes.” Every corner is cozy, stylish, and sparkling clean. The view from the window of the iconic bell tower was breathtaking, and everything I needed: restaurants, shops, history, the sea, was just steps away. Airport is 30 mins walk! This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at, and I’m already planning to come back. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you Elpida!

Amazing trip. We didn’t have a car but the buses into town run from the end of the road and were really easy. Anastasia and Alan were super helpful even giving us a lift to Benitses one evening. Their place is immaculate and very tranquil.

spiros hasn't simply created an airbnb apartment, but a small cozy home away from home for anyone whom he welcomes to stay there. that is seen in many small yet vivid details throughout the apartment. that being said, location is logisticaly perfect, apartment is spotless, communication with spiros is right on the point, proactive, fast, leaves no question unanswered, rather it leaves you with the feeling that you are communicating with a kind human, not with simply a host per se. to be rebooked!

We had an excellent 3 week stay at Unique. The location was unbeatable with an easy walk to Corfu Town and a wonderful restaurant, Fishalida Garden, where we ate fabulous grilled fresh fish on 4 occasions. Unique is a great apartment for 2 people max. The terrace is enormous with a million dollar view of the bay and the Old Fortress. We cannot say enough about our host, Marina, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She provided 3 good bottles of wine, a goodie basket as well as a souvenir gift and plenty of liters of water as Corfu has NO potable water. When one of us fell ill, she arranged for an immediate appointment with a local physician and even provided a driver to take us there. One suggestion we have for Americans renting Unique is to get detailed instructions on how to run the washer, dryer and stove as they were difficult and frustrating for us. They were very different than American appliances and written instructions were in Greek.

Xanthis communication is great. Really responsive and helpful For example she helped with car hire. Her welcome is warm and she provides lots of info about the town. The apartment is as the photos show. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you might need What the photos do not show is the views from the balconies and roof terrace which are amazing! The apartment is in a great location. It is 20 mins walk to almost everything. The old town,the liston, the fort, the museums and the beaches The museums are to be recommended particularly the Byzantine and Asian. Corfu town is the perfect mix of culture, night life and the beach. I would recommend it as a destination and Xanthi is the perfect host. Thank you

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Corfu, the apartment was everything we expected and more, perfect host, great location and exactly as described, our only issue was we did not stay for longer. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back.
