This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. The airbnb is better than many 4 starts hotel i stayed! Totally worth it! The room was bigger than expected, the host was always answered fast and I coul leave the bags in the reception for a couple hours after checkout. I would definitely stay there again.

I am a Chinese tourist, the house owner and her son welcomed us warmly, they can communicate simply in Chinese, so it will be convenient if Chinese tourists come here.It is about 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, which makes it really not particularly convenient to come and go, but it is nice to have a quaint decoration of the house, comfortable to sleep, clean and tidy, if you want to experience Kyoto traditional B&B, this house is highly recommended.
