Holiday rentals with a patio in York County

The home is beautiful, lots of history. We enjoyed our stay, owners lived on site and were friendly. Lots of room, comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend if visiting Fredericton.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Wanda and Jim’s place! They were great hosts, making the check in and check out process super smooth. The place was spotless and so cozy. We were only there for 2 nights but could have stayed forever. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here many times each being a great experience, I come up every couple months to check on my property. its perfect location since its right up the street from it. Phils always helpful. Last time I remembered my tools but forgot safety glasses but he let me borrow a pair so I was able to do what I planned. Trustworthy too one time I forgot my wallet which had at least a couple grand in it, he got it back to me un tampered with. Not to mention I have an 8 hr drive and usually leave at 3am to avoid traffic in ct, and mass. And is always great with letting me check in and out early, late. Last time I tried doing the drive during the day (biggest mistake) didn't get there till about 11pm

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

Quite possibly the best Airbnd I have ever stayed at! Immaculate, beautifully furnished , great bed and linens, TV with streaming services, a nice shower, full kitchen in an excellent location with many nearby restaurants, shops and attractions. It was a very relaxing and non-stressful experience. Host Joan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

Generally everything was very nice - location, cleanliness , communication, hospitality and appearance. A bit tricky than both bathrooms located on ground floor. But that a small issue. It was a nice stay and warm recommendation for travellers!

Can't recommend enough! We had a great long weekend up in McAdam. A trip to nearby Fredericton and 540 kitchen and bar was very worth the time. We enjoyed the area and all the amenities the house had. The many beds were great as were the 3 bathrooms all with showers. The pool table was an integral part of our trip and there was plenty of entertainment. Kristel was great and extremely friendly. The grill was great and the backyard was spacious allowing for games or other use

The house is very wel appointed and exceptionally clean. The beds are quite comfortable and the living room furniture was great. Noah was easy to communicate with and quick tp respond. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again ad highly recommend to others.

We were visiting relatives from the area and this was a great home base. Very nice to have direct acces to the river , we took kayaks up river and landed in the back yard. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus

Beautiful stay in Fredericton! We were a group with several groups and a child, the house is so big that everyone found their place, even the baby! :) Great location, very nice host!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful home situated in a picturesque neighbourhood. It was perfect for our whole family to spend time together; the rooms are large enough to sit around and visit with one another. Everything is clean and sufficiently stocked. You can walk the neighbourhood and enjoy all the large historic homes, easily walk to downtown, and the farmers' market is just around the corner. Perfect stay! Thank you for accommodating our additional requests as well! We definitely recommend this as a top place to stay in Fredericton!
