I had a wonderful time at this stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood right in front of a school. It’s not too far from the subway. Please be aware that there is no elevator and the stay is on the 4th floor. I definitely recommend this stay. Very secure and neat.

We had an amazing stay here. Location is great, 5-6 min walk to train station, which is 4 stops away from Shibuya. Room has all the required amenities. We were traveling with a baby and Ko provided all the relevant baby stuff as well such as cot, stroller etc. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Would surely recommend this place to others.

The place was easy to find and みゆ was very helpful with any questions I had. Inside was clean and spacious and had all the appliances we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L’appartement est proche de la plage, de l’île d’Enoshima et de divers commerces. Le logement correspond à ses photos et est plutôt spacieux. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir!

今回は、親友たちと親友の結婚式への参加と観光のために、宿泊させていただきました。 親友たちも結婚や出産が増える年頃となり、みんな一緒に宿泊するのも最後という事で思い出作りも含めて宿泊しました。 ⭐️まずは、ホストの方の対応が神すぎる 元々、親友の1人は奥様が出産を控えていたこともあり不参加の予定でしたが、宿泊の１週間前に無事出産され、一緒に宿泊したいと言われたため、ホストに相談。急遽、布団を準備していただき親友たち全員で楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。 ⭐️ホストの経営する中華料理屋が美味すぎる 結婚式が夕方からという事もあり、昼食にホストが経営されている宿泊場所の下にある料理屋を利用させていただきましたが、美味い上にボリュームもあり、しかも料金も安い。サービスで餃子🥟を出していただきましたが、美味なのでオススメです。 ⭐️部屋が広く、設備も整っていて快適 キッチン・シャワー室・洗面所・トイレの他に4部屋あり、1つは５人以上で集まれる広部屋でした。広部屋ではみんなでトランプやテレビを見ることができます。自分たちも青春時代を思い出しながら思い出話をしていたら、時間を忘れてチェックアウト時間ギリギリに🤣 それぐらい時間を忘れて、くつろげる空間です🤭 また、洗面台が2つあるため。メンバーの髪のセットや歯磨きのバッティングがなかったため、スムーズに身支度もしやすかったです。 洗濯機や調理器もあったため長期滞在にも最適です。 ⭐️駅やコンビニにも近い 徒歩5分もかからず、駅もコンビニもあります。最寄りの駅は石川町駅です。 また、みなとみらいや中華街にもタクシーで1500円程度で行けるので観光の拠点にも最適です。 ⭐️日本人以外の方にも優しい場所 日本語以外にも、英語や中国語等も対応しているため、外国人の方にも宿泊しやすいと思いました。また、ホストの経営されているお店も中国語や英語対応されてあるため、安心してお食事できます。 素晴らしいところをレビューしすぎて、文字数制限を超えてしまいそうな状況になってしまいました💦 シンプルにレビューすると、 『また行きたい、また食べたい、また会いたいがココにある』という言葉が最適な場所でした。 親友たちとまた来ようと約束もさせていただきました☺️ またいつか、親友たちと利用させていただきたいと思いますのでよ

Kou San was a great host during my stay. He shared local recommendations ahead of time which was helpful. He also proactively checked in to ensure I have a great experience and was always responsive in a timely manner to my questions and requests. He also offered flexibility for my checked out time so I didn’t have to deal with the massy rainy weather on my last day. Thanks! The place is loaded in a quiet neighborhood and super close to two train stations to make getting around Tokyo easy. It is also within walking distance to the trendy Jiyugaoka area with many great coffee stores and bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and home goods stores and many more shopping options. It’s a cozy place for my Tokyo trip and I was happy with my choice and would consider to stay here again for my next trip.

Fantastic hotel-like apartment in the heart of Yokohama. Better than the photos! Super cool ambiance with LED light strips throughout. Feels brand new. Spotlessly clean. Perfect restroom setup with two separate showers, toilets, and sinks, all of which can be used simultaneously! Plenty of comfy beds. Huge living space for relaxing. Huge even for American cities! Incredible location steps from shopping, dining, and subway. Easily the best place we’ve stayed in our three trips to Japan over the years.

We loved chie's place. It was a stone's throw away from the train station which was just what we were looking for. It is maybe a 2 min walk away from the family mart and the grocery. Being able to cook in Japan is really a plus as expenses from eating out add up quickly. Chie was very responsive and helpful throughout. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

This is home away from home. Very comfortable, clean, and gives a good sense of security. Walkable. So easy to walk to and from train station. Nice neighborhood.

We stayed overnight at Ayumi’s for an early morning flight out of Haneda. The location is great for an early departure or even a late arrival to give yourself some breathing room. We had a little difficulty getting into the building as due to a mix up of codes but Ayumi was quick to respond to our phone call and we were able to get in quickly. It’s a spacious place with a high class shower and classy interior. The description does state that there’s a tv but that’s only in the bath but the bedroom light is also a projector which casts to the doors when closed. Overall a great stop just before a day’s worth of traveling.

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

家族3人で滞在しましたが、寝室に加えてリビングにもベッドがあり、寝かしつけ後にリビングでゆっくり過ごせる設計で非常に使いやすかったです。 洗濯機・冷蔵庫・電気ケトル・タオル類・ハンガーなど長期滞在に必要なファシリティが完備されており、清潔感もあって助かりました。 目と鼻の先にコンビニだけでなくミニスーパーやコインランドリーもあり、非常に便利です。 階段でスーツケースをもって上がるのだけが少し大変でしたが、それを加味しても余りあるほどの価値があると思います。 オーナーは非常にまめに連絡を返してくれ、日本人だけでなく外国の方にも使いやすいようガイドラインなども用意されていて明るく親切な方でした。 新幹線だと品川、飛行機だと羽田・成田もでやすいのでオススメします。 また東京方面に滞在する際は使わせて頂きたいです

This was a great place to stay in Gotanda, not far from the station with lots of shops nearby. The flat was a nice size with plenty of amenities. Julian was a very helpful and friendly host too who was happy to help with any questions we had and allow for an easy check in.

Reservamos la habitación para estar cerca del aeropuerto y al viajar con un gato nos alegro mucho que aceptara mascotas . Muy bonita la temática y encontramos la habitación muy ordenada y limpia. La ubicación de la habitación es muy buena, hay muchos supermercados y restaurantes cerca y se llega muy fácil desde la estación de metro. Algo que eche en falta durante la estancia fue un secador de pelo, ya que tuve que ir a dormir con el pelo húmedo. Lo recomiendo mucho si buscas algo cerca del aeropuerto!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.
