Alain is extremely considerate about his accommodation. We found it overwhelming when we first read the long welcome texts and multiple messages. But as our stay progressed, we noticed that he had a deep attachment to his unusual hut. We easily found the accommodation and Gaelle welcomed us with kindness and great flexibility. Access is via a small private path at the end of a short communal path, in a green setting. The places invite calm and contemplation. The accommodation itself is rustic, lovingly maintained and has all the comforts of a regularly inhabited place. The bathroom is outside. The old part (living room with kitchen, living room, toilet and small bedroom) is quite dark unlike the new large bedroom which is very bright (the curtains are not blackout). We had a very pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Thank you

The cottage is an idyllic place where you can let yourself be carried away by the waves. A peaceful place, where you can enjoy the beach as if it were private. Our dog and we were delighted to live in this environment. For dog owners, find out when dogs are not allowed on the beach. There are many things in the house to make you feel good. Please note that the shower is narrow, which can be inconvenient for people who need a large shower. Also, for added comfort, you can plan to bring a pair of shoes specifically for indoor use. Small suggested improvement: the replacement of the double mattress that is sagging. The self check-in is very convenient and the managers are very available to answer our questions. It feels like a family home. A true haven of peace. I recommend it for a total disconnection and to refocus on the present moment. We hope to be able to come back.

The accommodation matches the description of the listing, as well as the view. Clean and comfortable accommodation with all the necessary electronics. Relaxing stay in a very quiet place and away from busy roads. Very welcoming and available host! I recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay. Gite located 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, close to Erquy and Pleneuf Val André, Lamballe... We were able to visit a mussel farm (mussel farming) that we really liked (contact the iodized basket for more information). Jean-Claude is a very considerate and responsive host.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Property suitable for 6 people, pleasant and quiet setting. A beautiful Longère, very functional and pleasant, halfway between the bay of Saint-Brieuc and Paimpol. Lots to explore in the area. Amanda and Marc are very available and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to return soon because we couldn't discover everything in a weekend.

We had a great 4-night stay in this house. The location is perfect, close to everything you could need, while being quiet and pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth and impeccable from start to finish. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

The location is ideal and the view breathtaking! Well equipped and well arranged apartment. Comfortable bedding. Accommodation rocked by the sound of waves. Morgane is prompt, flexible and pleasant in her communication. The only small downside for us: about twenty steps to climb with our senior dog. This is the price of the magical view.

Well-equipped, spacious and comfortable accommodation (apart from the bathroom which is a little cramped) surrounded by nature, it's really soothing. Well located for visiting the city of Penthievre and sites of character such as Monroncourt and Quintin. Delphine is a pleasant, kind and available host, a big thank you. I highly recommend it.

To me this house was absolutly perfect. The combination of nature, love and design was exactly fitting. Fantastic. Bettina and Reinhardt are very very friendly and there dog ( Wasco) made us smile all the time. Nature is really stunning here. And you can walk, without using car.
