Lovely little house in older Greek style. The beach is second to none, just a step away from the garden gate. Beautiful beach with its own parasol and loungers and you can go very well into the sea. In the private garden you also have the possibility to grill. We had very nice evenings on the terrace, the sea was always in view. :) The landlord Angelos was very nice and kind and showed us everything necessary. He was available to us at all times with questions. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Angelos for having us as guests in your house.

Dimitris was an excellent host. He let us check in whenever we arrive. On each of our silly questions he was very responsive and helpful. Although we never met in person, we got the feeling of a very friendly and interesting person. We hope to meet him in some of our future visits to his apartment. Regarding the apartment. It was super cossy with a lot of amenities and welcoming small items. You have all the things you need for a stay and even more. Cleaningness was top-notch. But one thing stood-out even more. It is the view on a sea. It was beautiful. The beach is super nearby (maybe 50-80m). We let our kids go play on a beach alone because we could see them clearly from the balcony. All in all, if we plan some of our next vacations in Greece, we would like to stay at Dimitris's place once again. Thank you Dimitris.

It is perfect for people looking to be on the beach in a quiet place! Hosts are very polite and helpful! Place is very clean with new furniture! I loved it!

The house is well equipped, the courtyard and the pool are magnificent with many seating areas. The host was very benevolent, responsive and flexible. We were a large group, and we occupied all the rooms. Two of them (one for 1 person and one for 2 people) are positioned at the street and it is hard to rest, if you are a light sleeper, during the night. The other rooms did not have this problem and in the yard you have total privacy. The house is very well equipped, as well as the yard, guests of any age finding suitable relaxation areas and activities. The sea is easily accessible, 5 min walking, that if you don't want to visit other beaches further away where you need your car. I recommend this house for a successful vacation!

Verinika’s apartment was exactly as the title says - a very cosy apartment! It has all the amenities you need for a stay at the beach, close to restaurants, shops and the beach itself. We had a nice time there!

Don't hesitate, book. This place is worth every penny. If you're looking for something to slow down, you've come to the right place. With a lot of luck, you can also spot dolphins. I was able to see her twice in five days. The sunsets are a dream to be in. The place is perfect. Not too big, not too small. From the terrace, you have an amazing view ♥️

We had the most incredible stay in Psakoudia, Halkidiki! The accommodation was superb, and our host, Nepheli, was outstanding—always warm, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The location couldn’t be better: just a minute’s walk from a well-stocked supermarket and a charming cafe. You can choose to make your own breakfast or eat out, and in a few minutes, you’re at the beach with plenty of options for coffee, cocktails, and food. The beach and gift shops are lovely and much more reasonably priced than in Mount Athos, so be sure to grab your souvenirs here! Our 10-day stay was flawless, and we’ve already decided to return next year for over three months. Absolutely recommend!
