Love Yesenia! Was always there for all my questions. The house is beautiful and the heated pool is amazing. My kids didn’t want to get out. Being in the mountains and hearing the coquis was a great experience for my kids.

1000% recommend booking this place for a girls trip! Lisa was an amazing host and provided a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants/bars around the area. She was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Her home was absolutely incredible—full of charm and character that made our trip one to remember. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and we spent so much time relaxing in the beautiful backyard. The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and just steps from the beach. I would return to Rincón just to stay here again!

this was a great experience for our family. the location is great as it's right on the beach and just 40 minutes from San Juan. having now driven around the area a lot I do enjoy vega Baja where the house is more than surrounding areas. great local beach is close as well. the house is clean and comfortable. great kitchen for cooking. good Internet I worked a couple days. and amazing AC if you need it. just like the pictures show

Excellent ease and location (near the beach, places to go for brunch or other activities). Good treatment from the hosts (they always respond quickly to what you need). Comfortable facilities with everything you need. I loved the ocean view. And on the rooftop, it's excellent for watching the sunset, taking photos, and also spending a pleasant time in the jacuzzi.

The place is very nice and easy to find. It had all the essentials like towels, bed sheets and blankets, kitchen utensils and cookware. Very peaceful and many things to do

Stunning views of the mountains, outdoor terrace and infinity pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. Had a few minor issues getting there because of GPS but she was very responsive and very helpful with directions. The front electric lock malfunctioned and had to wiggle to access and the front door needed to be forcibly shut to secure. Overall, it was a beautiful property!

Such a cool spot! The cute & peaceful vibe of the Airbnb was exactly what I was hoping for. The location exceeded my expectations, with so many walkable things to enjoy: the murals, the plazas, the cafes… we really enjoyed it and hope to come back 😊

I had an amazing stay with my family at Tommy’s house in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect, right near all the main hotspots, which made exploring the area super easy and fun. Whether it was restaurants, beaches, or nightlife, everything was just a short walk or drive away. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained. Tommy really took care of me and my family by making us feel comfortable. It was also incredibly convenient, everything I needed was right there, from kitchen essentials to fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Puerto Rico. I will definitely be staying here again!

Alexis’s place is beautiful and well appointed. Playa Santa is a great little alternative to other towns in the Guánica area. Alexis is very responsive and takes care of any needs immediately. Highly recommended!

Dario’s place was spectacular. I loved the location and the surrounding area felt peaceful. If you love the lush forests and outdoors. This is definitely the place to book. The home was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the lack of phone reception which can be good thing for those that want to disconnect from all distractions. My partner wasn’t a fan of the bugs but they didn’t bother as long as you use bug spray. I will definitely book Dario’s home again.

Beautiful home and very spacious! The location and views were stunning. The balcony was beautiful and private. I had a comfortable stay here and hope to be back again someday!

While we weren’t able to stay because of an island-wide power outage, Aladino was very understanding and helped us secure a full refund from Airbnb. We came in for a couple of hours to have brunch and walk around and could tell the location of the apartment is perfect. We hope to be able to rebook in the future and enjoy the beautiful home they have created.

An incredible experience! The location is perfect, close to everything and in a very nice area. Communication with the host was great, always attentive and willing to help. And the cleanliness... impeccable! Everything was in perfect condition. I definitely recommend it 100% and I'd love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Nitzas place was beyond expectations from all perspectives; everything was clean and well organized, easy to use, and they even provided beach tubes for our kids as gift. Me and my family loved this place, especially my two kids who were very excited at all moment, BTW they also fall in love with mangos provided by the nearby neighbor, so good... We will definitely come back in the future, thanks for everything!

Spot on for the trip we did in Ponce, the neighborhood was quiet, there were no safety concerns. Place was just like the fotos very cute! Host was very responsive!!! Would definitely rent again and encourage others as well. Perfect for a couple

This Airbnb is AMAZING! For me, getting there was a lot. Not used to driving in the mountains, but once I got there I see it was well worth it. The view was insanely beautiful and I really enjoyed the hot tub! Wilfredo was very communicative and gave great suggestions. I would love to stay here again someday !!

Very comfortable space. It’s exactly like the pictures. It has everything you would need to feel at home. We felt safe and secure. Car parked in a private gated area. Neighbor Jorge was super friendly and a great help.

tl/dr: Would I stay here again? Yes. Even with all the noise (read below), the cleanliness, location (less than 5 minutes away from freeway), and hosts make it worth while. Fantastic view and excellent accommodations inside. NOTE: This is above a bar, which is open from Wednesday's through Saturday night's until past midnight. You will have noise and music that can be disruptive if you are trying to sleep, but otherwise it is very peaceful and quiet. The host is very good, and apologized before a birthday party, letting us know that it might get loud. - Kitchen/dining area - very spacious. Pictures are accurate. - Bedroom - 3 bedrooms (1 master, 2 smaller (1 with bunkbeds)). Bedrooms have AC's built in. Beds are good, though some might think they're a little hard. You might want to bring an extra pillow if you like to read in bed or watch tv. - Bathroom - Clean and neat. Enough room to move around. Also used as storage for cleaning supplies. Towels and supplies are plentiful.

My family and I stayed at Mary Lees By the Sea over the past weekend and pictures do not do it justice! The views were amazing! We kayaked over to Gillilans Island and it took about 10 mins to get there. Beautiful! Rut, our host was very responsive! Home was clean, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for the 12 of us that stayed there. We shopped at the grocery store about 10 mins away before we got there as recommended in another review. We plan on going back again next year we loved it so much. We showed some friends our photos and they are also interested in going.
