Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yas Island

Beautiful and spacious unit that was able to comfortably house my large family. The host was responsive to our needs and very friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 7 people and I would say it easily accommodates 10 people. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay and we had access to their community club, primarily the swimming pool which was clean. On the other hand, it is about a 10–15 minute drive from the main touristic spots in Yas Island. Even though Uber/Careem is easy to order, but it is further away from the spots compared to other residential options. Overall, we had a lovely stay with plenty of room.

We had a lovely weekend stay with friends. The place was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. Communication was excellent; the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Moh’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything went smooth, Moh was really responsive, welcoming and respectful, and ensured our comfort. The space was impeccably clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is very calm and there is a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Small touches, like the coffee or tea always at the guest’s disposal is a very nice thought. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, calm and safe stay— we will return there.

Khalfan's place was at the perfect location for those who are looking for activities in yas island. The villa was perfect for accommodating my family and I. Very clean, private and easy to check in and out with no hassle at all.

Myself and my family had the most amazing stay at Jerome’s Beach House. Everything was perfect from location to the Villa itself. The Villa has been finished to an immaculate standard and is in the perfect location for all travelers, especially those travelling with children. Private beach, pool and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Also overlooking the golf course with an incredible view of the sunset. Jerome is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything in the Villa was supplied and even things like coffee and enough water for our entire visit. Little touches which other hosts do not think of. I cannot recommend this highly enough. The best Airbnb I have had the pleasure to stay in.

The room was exactly the way it looked in photos. Nothing extraordinary simple yet effective. The best part about the stay was host. He was fast to respond and helped me with literally everything from stay to experiences.

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

We recently spent two nights at The Green Keepers Look-Out on Yas Island, and what a stunning apartment! The location is spot on - literally minutes from Yas Links Golf Club, all the theme parks and hotels on Yas Island, Yas Marina, Etihad Arena, and Yas Mall. While the apartment is right in the midst of all the attractions, it's still a lovely, peaceful space to return to after a busy day of exploring. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a full kitchen and beautifully decorated rooms. The private balcony offers AMAZING views over the golf course!!!! After two packed days of theme parks and exploring, coming back here was the perfect reset. The communal infinity pool and the views over the golf course made it so hard to leave. Big thanks to Elaine - we'll definitely be back soon!

Her warm welcome, thoughtful touches, and attention to detail made our entire stay absolutely incredible. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed — and more! Afrin had even prepared local snacks and refreshments for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful surprise after a long journey. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the ambiance of the place created the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. What really sets Afrin apart, though, is her hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience — from offering local recommendations (which were all spot on!) to checking in on us just enough to make sure we were doing well without ever being intrusive. Afrin, thank you for everything — you turned a trip into a memory we’ll cherish forever.

A very comfy place to stay for 2 guests. Very good location for Yas Bay and all the Theme Parks, and only 10 mins from Abu Dhabi Airport. Royal Holiday were so quick to respond to any query we had. Would thoroughly recommend.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated near all the Yas parks and Yas Mall. The accommodation is clean, and communication was effective and helpful.

"Wow! What an incredible stay my family and I had at Mr. Huraiz's condo on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and all the fantastic amenities. This place is an absolute gem for family vacations! Reem Island is the best of both worlds—peaceful and serene while being just a hop, skip, and a jump from all the exciting attractions in Abu Dhabi. Our daily strolls along the stunning waterfront were a highlight, and having easy access to supermarkets and cafes? A dream come true! As for Mr. Huraiz, he is the host with the most! Always there with a friendly reply, he made everything smooth sailing from check-in to check-out. His hospitality truly set the bar high! If you're hunting for the perfect place for a family adventure in Abu Dhabi, Mr. Huraiz's condo is a winner, and we can't wait for a chance to return!

very nice apartment for 4 people. could have done with a hoover or a proper full sweeping brush and pan location for us was excellent as our daughter lives very close. we asked for certain items that were promptly delivered

This was my second stay at Eric's Airbnb in Abu Dhabi. My son was a student at NYUAD, and the location is conveniently close to the NYU campus. My sister had visited a year ago and also stayed here, and we both came for my son's graduation and were very happy to book this same place again. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable, and the couch is a comfortable sleeping area also. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's very quiet and safe. We had access to restaurants and shops nearby, and we weren't far from the city. This time we had a car rental, but getting a taxi is also very accessible. We had a question about the Wifi password, and both Tate and Eric responded quickly and helped us resolve that. All of our communication with both Tate and Eric was incredibly helpful and responsive. If I return to the area, I'd love to stay here again. It was nice to know that this welcoming space would be waiting after a long flight!
