House holiday rentals in Yangcheon District

The location was really good! It was right in front of the restaurant, so I saw Chef Lee Yeonbok, and there were many restaurants, so it was easy to order delivery!!!!!!! I also recommend the atmosphere of the accommodation.

Jun was a wonderful host. She made sure we felt at home and continued to check in on us during our stay. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved that it was in the middle of a market and walking distance to so many cafes and shops. Very unique experience for our first time in Korea!

we really had a great stay in Seoul and the location was perfect near Seoul station! the accommodation was clean in a peaceful and quiet area and we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend this place! :)

I thought it would be clean because it was a new construction... but when I went, I felt the atmosphere was warmer because there were retro emotional accessories in some places. If it was too modern, it could feel a little cold, but those points made the space more comfortable. I really liked it. The bedding was fluffy and puffy, so I slept really well. I slept for only one day, but my body felt refreshed. The smell of the blanket was fresh and... I felt good when I lay down. The kitchen was much better than I thought. The cooking utensils and tableware were all well organized, and the microwave, rice cooker, and induction were all in good condition, so I just used it comfortably like home. It was good to cook and eat simply, and it was perfect for taking care of the kids' food. And the nard amenities in the bathroom... I was surprised when I saw it. I was more glad because it was the scent I usually liked, and it was really nice to have a subtle scent every time I washed. It was a small detail, but it was quite memorable. I didn't go out to the rooftop to grill meat, but... Next time, I want to come back when the weather is nice and have a barbecue. I talked to my friends. I asked them to stay for 2 nights next time. I rested well before leaving. Really.

The place is located behind Seoul Station, which is very convenient. I came by car, and there's a slight uphill, but walking to Namdaemun and Myeongdong was totally doable. Thank you so much for the beautiful place. Really comfortable and all necessary amenities. Also perfect location to go by train everywhere (airport, central stations and everywhere in Seoul). Had a very family vibe to the neighborhood and near to a beautiful park by a small river.

We stayed here for over a month, so it became comfortable and familiar to us! Make sure you take a short cut to the station. Watch where the locals walk. 😉 The accommodation has a huge tv with Netflix, and separate spaces for eating and sleeping. It’s nice to have a bigger place in Seoul. Great if you’re going to Gimpo Airport, too.

Overall, it's very good value for money.It is quite close to the MRT and convenient.The only thing that is lacking in the US and China is, hopefully the response time could be a bit quicker, plus maybe letting guests know it would be better if they need to be let in by the side iron gate.

As I told the host, the house was so, so, so pretty, comfortable, warm, and cozy. I only stayed for 1 night and 2 days, but if I had the chance, I would like to live there for a long time... it was a house I wanted to live in. The garden that you see when you enter the gate is so pretty and charmingly decorated, so I was really happy going back and forth. I was so grateful that the host was so kind and gave me a straightforward guide and response! Sophia is very friendly and responsive. The house is very clean, cozy and comfortable. There are many restaurants around the house and a playground that allows our kids to play. olivia young and daiso are nearby for quick shopping.

Affordable, great room. It was clean, the bed was very big, and there were plenty of towels, so I was very satisfied.

The location is also excellent, with lots to do in the surround area including the baseball stadium. While being very close to places like hongdae. Greatly enjoyed my stay and would come again

Very nice Airbnb + great vibes. Host is very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. The neighborhood was great, you were surrounded only by locals and there were many great cafes and restaurants. Mangwon Market was 2 minutes away and you can also get to the metro in a few minutes. The Airbnb had everything you need and was very cozy. One small drawback is that the windows are very thin. One morning there was construction work on the street and it sounded like you were standing next to it.😅 Otherwise, the noise from outside was limited, so we had no problems falling asleep. Nevertheless, we felt at home in the apartment. ☺️

Annie’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clear she has put a lot of thought and care into every detail—the personal touches really made it feel warm, inviting, and unique (IG worthy)! It felt less like a rental and more like a home. Thank you for creating such a special space!

The place is just perfect for a large group of 6-8. There is enough space for all the luggages. The beds are super comfy. Only 1 bedroom has an aircon but don’t worry - the AC in the dining room is strong enough to make the entire place cold! The heated floors are an added bonus. The long dining table is great for sharing some snacks and stories after a full day out exploring Seoul. There is Youtube and Netflix. The bathroom is large and the hot water pressure is strong. It is in a quiet area about 10 mins walk away from Mokdong station. Best to take exit 5 as it has an elevator. And of course the host was ever so responsive and helpful with all our questions. This place is definitely highly recommended!

The host is very well prepared.You don't need to bring your own conversion head, toothbrush, or slippers.Overall, the room is very tidy and the facilities are very convenient.The host is very patient and timely in communication.There are shops a few streets down, very complete.The environment is very good.But there is no elevator, need to walk the stairs to 3f, overall it is a good accommodation experience

This was the perfect place for our family, especially with a baby. We were quite sensitive about cleanliness and noise, but the home was bright, peaceful, and very clean — it allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. Our baby also seemed to feel at home, sleeping well and playing happily throughout our time there. We could tell that the host paid special attention to preparing the space, knowing we were coming with a little one. That thoughtful care really made a difference, and we truly appreciated it. We’d love to come back again in the future. It was such a warm and comfortable stay!

I had to go to Seoul with my 100-day-old baby, so I made a reservation in a hurry, but the condition of the accommodation was so bad! It was completely clean and my husband was completely satisfied because he was able to park. It was hard for the baby and me because it was a long distance, but the bedding was comfortable, so I slept well, and it was nice to have a water purifier. ~ There were two bedrooms, and the price was cheap, so it was a more memorable accommodation. I had a good rest.👍🏻

Communicating with Jh was very easy and fast. I liked the movie room as it was cozy and comfy. I love the kitchen.
