Beachfront holiday rentals in Yamba

A lovely stay at Geoff’s house. Great location, across from the beach, and super peaceful. A lovely front verandah to hang out on with the dogs, rocking in the hammock. The only downside was that the second bedroom didn’t have any blinds or curtains so next door’s light kept the kids awake until late. This definitely needs seeing to as nobody wants tired kids at the end of a weekend away. Overall, a lovely weekend break.

We love coming to Broomshead to relax by the seaside. Beach haven was the perfect spot for 2 families to unwind and enjoy each other’s company while also having space to find time alone. Plenty of comfy spots to read a book on the wrap around balcony and enough space for the kids to happily play footy in the yard and handball too! Conveniently just across from the beach which was so handy when needing to pop back for lunch before heading back for more beach time in the afternoon. Excellent location and little touches from the host with coffee pods and laundry detergent provided as well as some staple items for cooking and plenty of crockery/pots and pans! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

A very comfortable, warm & friendly home. Fully equiped with everything you would need, kitchen, linen, towels. It was just like being in your own home. Hop & a skip to the beautiful, pet friendly beach, excellent eateries 7 mins away at Woolgoolga, 15 mins to the Heart of Coffs, and the Jetty (one of my new favourite places) Markets….. it was the best stay, even with the rain………….. thank you Stumpy & Kerrie, we really hope to be coming back and enjoying your lovely home again soon, JO :-😊, Kobe & Nelly Nelly Noo Noo x

I could not recommend Olivia’s place more highly. This home is so much more than the pictures could ever portray. A gorgeous family home with all of the creature comforts to make a stay with young kids seamless. The location is fantastic, the kitchen is new and very well appointed (sharp knives!), the beds were comfy (iykyk), and the place was spotless. A warm and inviting place for a holiday, we will definitely be back!

Jacqueline and Tabatha's hospitality stood out, before we had even set foot in the Airbnb itself! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the get-go. The place itself is wonderful! Thoughtful, homely, just as described and photographed. A nice lounge area, great shower pressure in the shower and a comfy bed to boot. Essential boxes well and truly ticked! The kitchen is equipped with what you'll need to cook a meal, while the place is close to some great nearby cafes and restaurants as an alternate option. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a wedding in Yamba, and we would stay again!

We stayed for one night on our way north from Sydney and had a great experience. The highlight was definitely the outdoor area, where we could sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful river views. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and a pleasure to cook in. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Wooli. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

Perfect spot for a family getaway in Yamba. Easy access to the beach, short walk into town/cafes/playground. The townhouse is near new, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It was spacious for our family of 5. Kids loved the plunge pool and it was warm enough even in late April. Would definitely recommend this place for those wanting a relaxed, peaceful getaway in a great location. Hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive. thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sojourn, the home was beautifully decorated and made perfectly comfortable to be a home away from home, having everything one needs from nice comfy beds to very well stocked kitchen utensils. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to spend time when not on the beach. The home is situated right across the road from a beautiful quiet stretch of beach and there are scenic walks up the headland on the far side and loads of rock pools to explore, There is lots to do within a short drive of you feel the need to get into your car. Woolies delivers to the area which was a great way to arrange our starter groceries. Highly recommend a holiday in this gorgeous home, they have the thought of everything for you so you can simply arrive and enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and comfortable. The little thoughtful touches throughout the space truly showed that the host genuinely cares about their guests, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Property advertising photos were accurate and not taken to make out the property was better than it actually was. There was more than enough furniture, appliances and general usage items for all of our visitors. We all were satisfied with the property and its appointments. We didn’t end up using the garage as we found it too narrow for our vehicle and we were able to safely park on the street. We will happily return sometime in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at breakers and can’t wait to go back. Pool & spa were great, apartment and complex were clean. Close to beach, short walk to golf club, bowling club and Main Street for food etc Gated complex felt safe for kids and cars in visitor spot. Didn’t use portacot as didn’t know it was there and we took our own. Peaceful family holiday that also catered for wet days with lots of DVDs books and games. We would stay at breakers again for sure. Yamba is a beautiful place

Wonderful view from the balcony, which is where we spent most of our ‘at home’ time. Very comfortable beds, beautifully furnished, and simply a delightful place to visit!

We loved our stay in this idyllic location. The house was perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Well equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Main bed was very comfy. The view from the kitchen and main bedroom was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was a relaxing way to start the day. 20m out the front gate was a short stroll to the beach. You don’t even have to take your shoes. Out the back gate, across the road is a shared walking / cycle path that takes you down to the river and breakwall or to the other side of town. Great for walking and cycling. The river is good for swimming, fishing and kayaking. We took a half day charter with Solitary islands fishing charters. We all enjoyed fresh fish for dinner. The General store is well stocked with grocery items and a fast food menu. Nearest Supermarket is in Grafton (40 min). Coles online deliver. We had a shop delivered to time with our arrival. There are few restaurants and a cafe nearby.

Such a cosy old-fashioned Bach-like place to stay on the seafront and beach - wonderful views of sea. It was so dog-friendly and a good location, and easy to walk to a local cafe and restaurant nearby.

Great location in a quiet part of the world. The view is amazing & fantastic that, even if weather foul, you can still sit & gaze through the window. Simply but well set out & perfect for getting away from it all & disconnecting! Perfect!

Great house for 2 families, with separate space downstairs for teenagers. Great central location, walk to river, beaches, shops, restaurants, pub etc. Harbour street is quite a busy street, but we did stay over the busy Easter weekend, so probably not always this busy.

We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Terrace 2. The hosts were very responsive to questions before we arrived. The apartment was in a great location, lovely view across to the sea and close to Main, Convent and Pippi beaches. Cafes and restaurants can be found on Clarence within a short walk or down the hill in town. The apartment came with everything we needed for our stay, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lounge areas. Wifi was strong. We would happily return whenever we visit Yamba.
