Very clean and safe apartment in an upscale neighborhood of Istanbul. It is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to major public transportation points in Istanbul as well. The hot communicates within 5 minutes for questions or concerns so I had absolutely no issues during my stay. I’d highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a safe, upscale, private accommodation in Kadikoy with super easy access to public transportation (sea, bus,dolmuş, underground,train,minibus in the palm of your hand).

A very beautiful house on a quiet street in 5 minutes by car to the train station and Kadıköy center in Kadıköy. The house is spacious, clean and well-maintained. There's a quick response when you need help or when you have a question. For a place to stay, it's so well-maintained, and centrally located, it's worth the price.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this flat. The location is perfect – the panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the Bosphorus that never grow tiresome. The apartment itself is cosy, spacious and bright. The host was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Istanbul experience.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Frankly, this was our first Airbnb experience, so we had some reservations. However, we were in contact with our host from the moment we made the reservation until the moment we checked out. He answered even our smallest questions instantly. The amenities, appearance, and cleanliness of the house were surprising to us. Because it was the same as in the advertisement, and the house was cleaned quite well. The experience we had and our first Airbnb experience were very valuable and unforgettable for us. I had such a wonderful experience here. Mücahit and his father were incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. And honestly, the space is even better than described in the pictures ! The place doesn’t not require a trek up a big hill and is on a quiet side street. However, it’s located within a lively area so you have access to everything you need nearby. Within the home, there was lots of privacy and honestly a great option if you are staying with your family ! Once again, Mücahit and his father were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here !

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.
