Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yakima

We loved the place and did not want to leave. It was so lovely inside and out. We really enjoyed how the sitting areas around the house are so comfy and inviting. The yard is very well cared for too. Ken was very friendly and accomadating.

I had an amazing experience staying at Angie’s place! The home was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Angie was a fantastic host, responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the welcome message/info provided was super helpful. One of my favorite parts was the big kitchen. It met all of my baking needs and I had plenty of space to work. All the rooms are spacious and the backyard is set up for lots of family fun! I truly appreciated the attention to detail. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Set well back from the road, it's peaceful and private. The neighborhood is great for an after-dinner walk, lots of gardens and mature trees. We loved the comfy sofa and the gas stove, and the king-sized bed was nice.

This house was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of bedrooms and several spaces for us all to spread out. Very comfortable and clean. The house contained everything we needed.

What a wonderful house! A true gem for Harry Potter fans! Beyond just being comfortable and well-equipped, we were amazed by the abundance of thoughtful details and the impressive Harry Potter library. It’s clear that the hosts truly love and cherish their home. The terrace is stunning, the wood-burning fireplace is real, and the bedding is absolutely luxurious. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at Desert Aire. Stephanie’s place is stunning, very clean and modern; beautiful decor and all amenities we could hope for. We loved the layout, and that they had things we needed for our baby as well (pack and play; high chair). Stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens and lots of pillows and blankets. Our family of 6 loved the pool and toys, and I loved how many extra towels they had. We were always dry and warm! We used the trampoline, grill and fire pit as well. We will definitely return for a sunny break from Seattle!

Great place to stay in downtown Yakima - Diane is an awesome host!

Diane was very helpful and responsive. At one point, I had to inquire about possibly extending my stay and Diane got back to me quickly and was able to find an excellent solution. The apartment was homey and comfortable. The samples from the soap shop downstairs were pleasant. It was a wonderful spot to land in Yakima.

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed

Well appointed, cozy place on a lake - what's not to love?

This place is so cute, perfect size for 1 or 2 people to enjoy time in Yakima for pleasure or leisure. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, a nice couch to read on, a lovely table to sit and dine/work at. The bedroom was nice, and spacious bathroom. Walking distant to a lot! I enjoyed the older building this was located in and seeing the older lights and things. Will definitely consider staying again if back in thr area!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we would stay there again. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and close to downtown. The people in the neighborhood would say or wave Hi when where we were at running. Overall, a hidden little treasure for those that know.

Our Bridmar Apt. #206 was easy to find and exactly what we were looking for our weekend getaway: quiet, super clean and comfy bed. Communication with Diane was easy and quick. Entry codes were provided in advance and entry was easy. Top tip: to use the elevator enter via the right door. When entering through the left door, there’s a lovely waft of clean herbal scents from the adjacent soap store. We were not cooking lavish meals so the provided kitchen equipment fit the bill and the apt-sized dishwasher was a nice perk! There were a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance and we were comfortable walking at night. Parking was a little restrictive right in front of the building (be sure to read the signage) but we found convenient, free, parking a block away near the Franz Bakery. The only negative we have is the shower curtain liner should probably be replaced. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay and very convenient to everything! Would definitely book again!
