Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

We chose this accommodation because it is out of the chaos and we found a cozy home in the middle of a very quiet area. The house has everything you need to fully enjoy it. The host made sure we had something to drink and delicious cookies. In addition, it is close to Zia, and you can easily get to Kos and various well-served beaches. I highly recommend this accommodation. I would have liked to have been able to stay longer, but it will be for a future occasion. Thedosis has always been available for any questions.

It all worked out great. Was really nice location, house was brand new completely new furniture. All bathrooms with marble plates really nice dishes furniture everything as described even beautiful I can really only recommend I would like to go again just really tip top. Host was always available and everything worked out wonderfully. I'd love to come back

The house is close to the center but actually allows you to live the village life. You wake up with the sounds of roosters in the morning and you can watch the stars in the evening. Honestly, it was fun to spend time at home rather than visiting Kos. There are all the amenities for cooking in the kitchen, there is no cleanliness problem, there is a washing machine and dishwasher in the house. If you buy supplies, you don't need to eat outside. It's actually an old house and some items are old, but it's very pleasant. There are plenty of glasses, even if you will be staying. The terrace upstairs was also very pleasant. You should get close to the city to go to the grocery store etc, but I think this place is amazing than staying in the city. The price was too high for us, I just broke a rating from there: (

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

We are really happy to have found this place. Very cosy and friendly atmosphere, especially for longer stays, it’s great. The staff is the great mix of professional and friendly. They were very welcoming with our (sometimes overly active) kids. The garden is beautifully made and well maintained. Highly recommended!

September to end of October I rented at Ertem Homes and I had wonderful time. Apartment was walking distance to beach and stores and very clean. Murat and his wonderful mother Ülkü were very friendly I will miss them. I can’t wait to go back there next summer.

Very good value for the price. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and was clean and tidy. Nurya was very friendly and attentive to us. The area is quiet and well located. In short, we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Stunning 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath apartment 100% identical to the photos offer. Beds were extremely comfortable, fresh linen and bath robes were an added tough. Host was very hospitable and welcomed us with a variety of Greek snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Kos, Greece 🇬🇷

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in: very clean apartment, matches the description, comfortable bedding, 2 private terraces with views, very well located 10 minutes from the center, quiet, super well equipped, very convenient when traveling light: towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, there's everything! Air conditioning, storage, Netflix, WiFi, everything to prepare food and everything you need for breakfast in the morning, luxury! And then there's Dina & Maria, attentive if needed, very kind who hosted us super well: advice, bus schedules, map of the island and small gifts that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Really the BEST OF THE BEST, you won't be able to find better. Thanks again Dina & Maria for everything, your apartment and your hosting were a real asset for a successful vacation.

Rental was possible at very short notice and spontaneously, uncomplicated, good communication. Apartment is well located, very close to the beach and center, but still quiet. On the ground floor, entrance directly next to the street, but it does not disturb. Comfortably furnished, with everything you need. Highly recommended.

Everything as described. Amazing view and pool. Was everything we were looking for and cannot appreciate Jen more on helping us going out of her way with ordering food, taxis and everything local because of the language barrier. The power did go off a few times but they were always responsive to fix!

Had a wonderful stay at Cemal's place, he was an amazing and very responsive host. My only qualm is the bed and the pillows, the bed is a bit small and the pillows are flat as can be, aside from that everything you can ask for is in the house with a beautiful view. You will need a car to get around, a taxi will not work.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not very far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I would take the same villa

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've ever had. Ms. Şebnem is very interested. The house was very clean and very tidy. If you come to the Bodrum region, you can stay peacefully at Ms. Şebnem's house.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back! Many thanks to the Menges-Weber family and also to Mr. Danaci for the on-site communication!
