Holiday rentals with beach access in Yahşi Mahallesi

Ailemle beraber İlhan beyin evinde ikinci defa konakladık. Evle ilgili her şey dört dörtlük. Manzarası, konumu vs. Tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak olanaklar mevcut. İlhan bey çok misafirperver, ince fikirli ve çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung ist neu und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar und die Kommunikation freundlich und nett. Dankeschön nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Fabulous seaview Kos apartment located between the Old Town and the Marina - a great base if you are holidaying or coming off a sailing charter. The apartment is spacious and the living area generous and comfortable with great views of the Aegean. There is a furnished balcony with beautiful views to the port and the Marina, as well across to Turkey (watching Bodrum light up like a chandelier over aperitivo is an experience). The kitchen is very well set up with crockery, cooking pots and utensils and appliances (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, sandwich toaster etc). There’s also a washing machine, iron & ironing board. There are fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance including the EDI Grill downstairs (they will do takeaway if you want to eat in the apartment), a Supermarket (also downstairs) and a beach club across the road. We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

thank you Seda. we had an amazing stay at your beautiful home. the apartment had all the necessary things that one would need while staying away from home. the walk till marina is approx 2 kms but the uphill downhill terrain to get there might make it a little difficult for some but that said, the cozy apartment makes it up!! can't praise enough :)

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Evin konumu harika yatak ve çarşaf temizliği çok iyi biz çok memnun kaldık

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen , hele behulpzame gastvrouw. De villa is erg mooi en netjes. Hele mooie adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras . Kamers zijn ruim en schoon . Mooie grote keuken met alle apparatuur. De Airconditioning werkt prima. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Great place in a great location with a great host! The place is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The location is very central, nearby to anything you'd like in Kos. And Antonis was very responsive: besides providing us with a very helpful local list of recommendations, he always replied within a short amount of time (minutes to a couple of hours), with a friendly and informative reply. Highly recommend!

Jenny’nin evi her anlamda harikaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Tüm odalar ve banyo tertemizdi. Konum olarak beachlere, restoranlara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kendisi bizi harika ağırladı ve bize özel küçük sürprizler hazırladı. Onunla tanıştığımıza çok mutluyuz. Şimdiye kadarki en güzel airbnb deneyimimizdi ❤️

very nice cosy apartment. walking distance to Kos marina and small part of sandy beach. Bigger sandy beaches can be reached by public transport (bus) easily and very cheap. Not more than 3.50 euro. Bus station is 5 mins walking from apartment. Bus time table is easily down loaded from Google. Sunset on horse back highly recommended. Also Zia mountain village. Pizza con near the apartment must be tried. Our only issue was noise coming from the road but if you ok with it do not look any further.

Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

We had a wonderful time in Kos! Dimitra was an incredibly helpful and kind host from beginning to end. The apartment had everything a long-term traveler might need — it was spotless, fully equipped, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Dimitra saved us so much time with her amazing recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and historical sites — and every suggestion turned out to be fantastic. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone visiting Kos!

Wat een heerlijk appartement en zo leuk ingericht! Het appartement ligt iets buiten het centrum, dus rustig gelegen maar je bent zo bij de supermarkt (3 minuten lopen), restaurants (1 minuut lopen) en het strand (2 minuten lopen). Onze gastheer had voor ons wat basisboodschappen klaar staan, hetgeen heel fijn was vanwege onze late aankomst. Het appartement heeft overal horren, dus geen insecten in huis. Behalve een wasmachine en droogrek, is er ook een afwasmachine en airco (die per kamer te bedienen is). De bedden zijn fijn en in de middag kan je lekker voor het huis in de schaduw zitten. Ioannis is een heel goede gastheer, die snel reageert en te hulp schiet, indien dit nodig is. Als je naar Kos gaat, kies dan voor dit appartement!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
