A 1200 sq. ft. deck wraps the main house with stairs leading down to the river. There are no neighbors across the river or downstream, so you'll have the sunsets all to yourself. Soak in the hot tub or build a fire and wait for the stars to come out. At 1.5 mi to the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest and Sunset Falls, there are plenty of recreational opportunities.

Year-round recreation! Located just 20 minutes from I-5 and 30 minutes from Mt St Helens, this is a popular getaway for hikers, fishermen, snowshoers and even scuba divers. Families that stay here enjoy letting their children explore the area, run around in the shared yard, play frisbee golf, soccer, tee ball, etc. PLEASE NOTE- the trailer is parked near our house and we are located right off of the rural highway. There is a potential for noise, specifically logging trucks.
