We stayed for 3 unforgettable days, we were comfortable 6 people and a baby, the kayaks and bicycles were very useful, the kitchen very well equipped, the location perfect near the center of Bacalar. Access to the lagoon made it a great experience, we entered the lagoon at all hours, the incredible sunrise from the kayak Landy was very attentive, she was flexible with the check-in schedule, she was attentive at all times. definitely going back

The Rest House in Bacalar, which vibrates so incredibly! The right space for that disconnection, very close to the lagoon and the beach clubs! The decoration is very Riviera Maya!

Efrain has a large, spacious, clean accommodation with all the amenities you can imagine. Your home connects with the particular beauty of Bacalar. For us, having the Lagoon in front of us was key to our stay. Some days we stayed inside the house and had a great time. The internet, screen, board games and his speaker solved it. We found everything we needed to cook. I would like to emphasize that the location of the house can attract wildlife from the ecosystem. You have to be empathetic and not hurt it. As simple as putting up the mosquito nets and you're done, nothing gets into the house. Great place to be with your family with great accommodation and a host attentive to what you need.

The accommodation is much better than in the pictures, I loved the detail of the Moon lamp in the bedroom, everything is clean and accessible

Andrea and Perrine were very attentive and kind. The instructions to get to the house were very clear. If you had a question, they answered almost immediately. The house is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. I am very satisfied and happy with my stay. I hope to return soon.

Like the place the big bed was perfect

Our stay was SPECTACULAR the only "negative" point would be that the lights of the pool did not serve...BUT from that outside our stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, good location and if you like nature LO AMARÁS, every morning we would go out to see the fauna that surrounds the place and it is incredible, we will definitely return

I was looking for a comfortable and nice place to stay, it exceeded my expectations. I went for work reasons and would certainly choose it many more times, for rest or vacation. The house is very nice and the service is needless to say 🙌🏼

I enjoyed staying at Sergio's Airbnb. This was a truly amazing experience. Although there is construction around (not in the apartment itself), that doesn't take anything away from the magic of the place, because it is literally in the most beautiful area of the entire Bacalar Lagoon. You have direct access to the lagoon, and during our stay we were the only ones there. Seeing the stars from the pier was simply spectacular. The place conveys a peace that is hard to find. I fell in love so much, that I'm buying a property right next door — that special was the experience. I have visited the Lagoon of the Seven Colors many times, but this one was undoubtedly the most magical. The apartment was spotless, clean, out of the noise, and surrounded by nature. If this Airbnb is available, don't think about it - please book it as soon as possible. I am sure that very soon it will become one of the most requested accommodations in Bacalar.

This place was far more cute than anticipated! The pool was refreshing, the sunrise views stunning and the yard was well fenced for my cat to roam around. Added bonus there is covered parking. Though experience off-road drving is helpful getting to the garage as the road to that side of the house hasn't been paved in awhile. the details of the windows and doors was beautiful. A very convenient location from which to explore the ruins in the area.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need. The lagoon is spectacular, there are kayaks and lots of peace. The staff attention is excellent. I highly recommend them to hire the food service since the house is 30 minutes from Bacalar centro and there are no restaurants nearby. It is also important to wear repellent.

My friends and I were delighted with the house , very spacious, comfortable, with a spectacular view of the Lagoon and with its own pier. Landy welcomed us and was always attentive to our needs and daily I could see what everything was clean, we always felt safe because the area is very quiet. Thousand percent recommended.

It was undoubtedly the best choice in our accommodation, the hosts were super friendly, they shared several options of activities that we could do in Bacalar, the communication was always excellent, the cabin is quite nice and is very close to the center.

We rented a car from Chetumal to get around. This made it easier for us to get to the accommodation, since from the road it is about 2 km of dirt road in the middle of the jungle. Upon arrival, Osvaldo welcomed us very cordially, gave us a tour of the whole place since it is quite large. We were only 2 guests, but the place is set up for 6. The place is magical, incredible, the bathroom is "outdoors" although roofed. Meters in front of the cabin is the kitchen, which is also very useful and always clean. The common area with hammocks is very good, and our favorite part was the dock, since it is private, the magical colors of Bacalar. Osvaldo recommended the market's kitchen, which was exquisite. In short, the place is charming, very good privacy. The only flaw was that the sink had no water. We highly recommend the place, bring repellent, arrive by car or van. And many thanks to Livia and Osvaldo for their attention.

Everything excellent, has space to store the cart which is important when washing machine. Victoria very attentive to messages answered questions immediately The only drawback I could notice is that the ceiling of palapa does not isolate the noise very well, if there are workers around or the guys who enter the middle school, you are sure to wake up early.

very great location close to all a vibrant cute little town. Sabrina and Mr. Kelley were wonderful. hosts had a lot of fun. Felt like we were visiting friends.

The accommodation is quiet in a backyard. The house is small but there is the necessary and we rested well. It's a 5-minute walk from the village square, so it's very convenient! Paola was responsive and recommended good places for activities nearby. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool because it was under renovation, but Paola warned us a few days before. Excellent location, the space is perfect for just two people, friendly hosts, I would suggest some changes to the water installation as I had many problems, however I understand that being close to the beach there may be problems with pipes. If you are looking for a place to just sleep and meet the basic needs of a traveler, it is perfect. The co-host quickly solves the maintenance issues, but I could not report all the problems I had since I was on vacation.
