Place is great for peaceful surrounding and relaxation. Future trips can include bbq moments.

This location was fabulous for us. Air conditioning worked great (we stayed in August), comfortable beds, wonderful host. Very responsive. Highly recommend!

Although the concrete floor downstairs didn’t seem very homely, the place is actually very functional and adequately equipped with a good shower. Well situated for exploring the nearby national park. Very helpful and friendly hostess but be aware that towels are not routinely supplied. We would stay there again

非常驚艷的住宿經驗！能以這個價錢獨自擁有百年老屋的一天，宛如化身百年前的台灣中部殷實家族，CP值非常高。北頭文化館不論是客廳，餐廳、臥室都盡可能的保留了當年的傢俱、文物等，可說是風華再現。當然，百年老屋不可能擁有太現代化的衛浴設備，也因有大量的木製和磚造的結構，廚房只擁有基本的冰箱、烤箱和熱水器。但瑕不掩瑜，對於嚮往懷舊生活的我們，這些都不算缺點。還有，小幫手的熱情和專業服務也讓我們有賓至如歸的享受。我們一家三口如再來中部，第一個選擇還是北頭文化館。

It was a good stay - the apartment is quite big, isn't too loud (apart from the AC hum on the balcony, but at least its a uniform sound), feels pretty cozy, internet is ok (I think 50mbit, at least that's what I got via speedtest). The area is nice if you want to stay around the Fengchia night market, there's a bus stop next to the building, as well as a 7-11. There's unfortunately no subway in this district (maybe someday), but if you combine decent walking and Uber you should be able to get around to points of interest. Two things I didn't like, that could be easily solved. Towels - you get disposable towels that feel like a kitchen rag, it's not a great experience and also bad for the environment... had my own but had to use the disposable on the last day (to not pack a wet towel). You wash and change the linens anyway, why not do the same with normal towels? The other thing is a lack of night light - would be great to have a lamp near the bed, as the ceiling lamp is very bright.

Thank you, Jerry, for being such a wonderful host! The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, and fully equipped — we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the large Smart TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproof windows made for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep despite being near the roadside. While the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage and kids, it encouraged us to travel light — a blessing in disguise! There was a minor issue with the inside gate, but Jerry responded quickly and resolved it. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

上一次住房東的另一間 就覺得很不錯、這次這間裝潢更新、很喜歡周遭環境很加分 裝潢很新乾淨、空間也十分寬敞、 準備的家具跟廚房都很舒服齊全 甚至多待了一天 謝謝房東！

房東很友善，解釋得很詳細而且回覆速度很快。住宿環境很舒服，整體明亮寬敞，設備裝潢也都保養得很好很新。我跟朋友都很喜歡這裡！

入住了幾天，跟朋友們都覺得很溫馨很喜歡🫶🏻床跟沙發也十分舒適，整天也不願起床！🤣民宿主人也很樂意解答問題，也會推薦附近的餐廳，咖啡店供太早到台中，未能入住的我們！🥹🤍清潔阿姨已很友善很熱情❤️‍🔥十分推介！！！

空間舒適得宜，格局、位置很好，浴室和整體環境可以感覺到裝潢有用心，空間很乾淨漂亮，房東很友善，都能即時聯繫到，也很有耐心的在做溝通，退房後還可以寄放行李很棒，還有吹風機很好用！但因為人數多感覺衛生紙可以再多些，還有水壓跟恆溫這部分可以再改進～其他部分都非常好！價格也很不錯～是多人一起出遊非常推薦的優先選擇！

Great location. Lots of eating places nearby. Edward is a great host. He keeps the apartment nice and clean, and shows up in person when checking in. Definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking a place to stay at west district of Taichung.

新成屋，還有油漆的氣味，冷氣涼，乾淨清潔，價格親民，設備蠻簡易的就是，適合簡單度過一個夜晚。附近2個夜市，但攤位重複性太高，選一個去即可，如果床鋪或氣墊床能再多一組就太好了，客廳椅子也要多幾個，或小板凳。

很感謝熱情老闆的款待，住得十分舒服。一家4口加3只大狗住了5天4夜，玩的不亦樂乎。廚房設備齊全，寢具很清潔，屋子暖氣很夠，完全沒被寒流冷到。屋子和圖片完全相同，屋外空間很大，狗狗們完全放飛，玩的不想回家了。老闆人超級好，大推！希望還有機會再來包棟✌️
