We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very good location, very quiet area. The apartment is just like the photos. We spent time on the balcony, there was an incredible breeze, no flies or mosquitoes. The apartment itself is a 10, we will return.

We had the most wonderful time at this place. Great location, very well connected to lots of buses and metro, short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Perfect place to be if you enjoy both, city and beach. The apartment itself was lovely and super clean with everything you need. Wonderful apartment. Close by many lovely restaurants and (bus) connections to city centre. It was exactly as described and we found it clean, comfortable and exactly what my friend and I were after. There was a slight issue with the aircon not quite working as you would expect but the host immediately reset it and it work ed perfectly after. Would recommend for a comfortable stay in Valencia!

Our stay at JuanAn and Silvia’s place was wonderful, the apartment looks exactly like the photos and what we found during our check-in was even more than what we expected. They have put something to eat and to drink for the breakfast and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. Everything was very clean and smelled great. We enjoyed our stay so much we will book again at their place as soon as we can come back!

Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was as exactly as described, and was more than fully stocked with what we needed (toilet paper, towels, kitchen and dish cleaning materials, kitchen basics for cooking). The area is perfect for a 5 minute walk into the Ciutat Vella, with lots of bars, restaurants and morning bakeries nearby. We parked easily at Centro Nuevo shopping car park, with just a quick 10/15 walk to the apartment. Co-host Solana was very helpful and communicative. Perfect base to explore Valencia!

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with every comfort - it felt like a home. The location was perfect; you can cycle anywhere. We'd love to come back.

We have repeated the experience of returning to this accommodation! We loved it the first time and the second time too. It has many amenities and the views of the Concha are incredible. We will definitely return a third time

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Adrian was an excellent host. Always replied to messages promptly. The apartment was in an excellent location for walking around the city. Close to cafes, restaurants and historic locations. The clement had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and we had peaceful nights sleep even though we were in the old city centre. I recommend Adrian’s house very much.
