Holiday rentals with a patio in Xanthi

Evi kiralamış gibi değil de aileden birini ziyarete gitmiş gibi hissettik. Yemek malzememizi bile hazırlamışlardı, bize yalnız pişirmek kaldı. Ufak bir eksiğimizi söyledik çok kısa sürede temin ettiler. Kısaca çok memnun kaldık, tekrar Yunanistan’a gidecek olsak öncelikle seçeceğimiz yer burası olacaktır. Chousen’e teşekkür ve sevgiler.

Este poziționată foarte bine, aproape de port si de zona tavernelor! Poziția locației permite accesul relativ ușor la cele mai cunoscute plaje (Marble, Scala și Golden). Locuința a fost curată, prosoapele schimbate la câteva zile. Este puțin mai dificil cu locurile de parcare, dar este o problemă pe toată zona aceea. Noi am avut o experiență aproape perfectă (în ultimele 2 zile nu a mers apa caldă).

Το σπίτι του Τζεμ είναι πολύ ωραίο (οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν), ανακαινισμένο και κοντά στο κέντρο. Ο Τζεμ είναι ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει, με άφησε να κάνω πολύ νωρίτερα το τσεκ ιν και μου έφερε και κατσαρολικά για το μαγείρεμα που ζήτησα. Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία διαμονής, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Very nice apartment. The place is quiet and peaceful. The beach is close, clean, large and with fine sand.

Ο χώρος ήταν όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες πολύ καθαρός στο κέντρο της πόλης! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός επικοινωνιακός και εξυπηρετικός! Σίγουρα θα τον ξανά προτιμήσουμε τον χώρο αυτό

Le logement est neuf et très propre. Le quartier est très calme. Parking privé mais espace extérieur partagé avec une autre habitation. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de l'hôte. L'arrivée en autonomie était appréciable et les instructions fournies étaient très claires. Merci.

Wir hatten einen tollen Gastgeber und es wurde gut um uns gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein und wirklich schön gepflegt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir hätten ihn zu gerne benutzt, leider hat uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Aber ansonsten gab es alles was wir brauchten. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sogar mit Grill-Kohle versorgt und unser Auto abgespült nach dem Saharastaub. Das war wirklich lieb. Zum Abschied gab es noch eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Für uns waren die zwei Nächte ein schöner Aufenthalt trotz schlechtem Wetter und wir würden wieder kommen.

We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Philippos' house. The location is perfect for those looking to unwind, as it's situated near a small village with all the necessary facilities, including convenience stores, a pharmacy, a cozy café, and a bakery that offers fresh bread every morning. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away and is simply stunning, with beautiful sand and crystal-clear water. There are also a couple of taverns nearby offering delicious food at reasonable prices. We also took a fantastic day trip to Thassos, which is conveniently located nearby. Our host, Philippos, was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you, Philippos, for making our visit so memorable. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we highly recommend staying at Philippos' place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

Jo-anna villa was great. The furniture was new and the items were spotless. There was everything you could need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were clean. She arranged parking for the vehicles. The host is a polite and pleasant lady. Her suggestions was great. It was very good that she prepared surprises and gifts for her guests at home. We will choose it again.

Das Haus ist geräumig und komfortabel. Die Gastgeber haben dafür gesorgt, dass es alles gibt, was Sie für einen wunderschönen Urlaub brauchen. Das Dorf ist friedlich. Der Strand ist nur wenige Kilometer mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir sind begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Thanks so much to Giannis, for a perfect checkin after over 2 hours queue at Ipsala border crossing, so very much to see me arrive and meet me at the gate. Your place is lovely, with all you need, plus all for cooking and a late night supermarket accross the road. A perfect nights stay from a long day's travel, so much good rest, eating and then Christiana was great helping me depart too. very best wishes to you and your family, all very much appreciated Steve
