Cosy space, quiet garden and very close to the beach. Perfect stay!

The accommodation is new and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Private parking but outdoor space shared with another dwelling. Special mention for the kindness of the host. Self check-in was appreciated and the instructions provided were very clear. Thank you.

We spent two good nights at Michalis's place with 4 adults and 2 children. The house and items are nicer than in the photos. A spacious and clean home Michalis is a great host and very hospitable. She thought of everything so it was a happy experience to stay at her place. I want to come back!

First of all, the hosts were very friendly and friendly. It was a very suitable house for 1 family, the house has a single room with a double bed with stairs, there are no closed rooms. People to go should keep this in mind. We did not have a problem for us about 20 minutes from Óskeçe. There are amenities in the village, grocery store, etc. A cute and sweet house🌸

We stayed here as a family for 6 nights. The owner of the house welcomed us very nicely, she is a very warm, helpful and friendly lady. It has a large garden with lots of greenery and fruit trees suitable for grilling, the house is clean, everything is provided, bed linen and towels are sufficient and very clean, the beds are perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The sea and the sand are available Very nice, very suitable for children. I would like to thank the owner of the house for his helpfulness and warmth.

Nice apartment in an enclave of cottages near the sea. The neighbors are mainly Bulgarian, hence the amenities under them (Bulgarian TV). A communicative host who was trying to resolve issues from the outside. Recommended

Lovely place, the comfort of a private garden and great location, that we enjoyed a month ago, so we rented for a second time! Marika is a great host and we would be happy to come again!

We spent two nights in the apartment to explore Xanthi and the surrounding area. The location is ideal for this - both the city and the Nestos can be reached quickly. The apartment itself is quiet, very spacious and well equipped. On the terrace, you can relax wonderfully. We especially liked the proximity to the Nestos River with a nice cafe and the diverse activities. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

I was completely satisfied with the apartment. The owner was very welcoming and informative. Everything was all around us. Food drinks fun and walk everything was next to us. I would definitely recommend it to others!! And Xanthi is great!!

The place is gorgeous and clean. It had all the amenities like being at home. Truly one of the few stays that really is worth their money. If you have a pet there is an extra cleaning fee that is not listed in the information. I would recommend choosing it as a holiday accommodation especially if you have a car as it is much easier to find parking than in the center!

The location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 5 minute walk to the center. The apartment was super clean and fully equipped, with everything one needs, and with a very pleasant touch: welcome drink and snacks! Communication with the host was great – quick and friendly. We'll definitely go over it again and highly recommend it!

Initially I am very happy with the house, as well as from An-Mari, very helpful, direct communication. The house is in very good condition,clean and spacious also and its location is in quite a good spot 2 minutes walk from the central square.

Filippos' apartment is very well located: near shops (a very good cafe right across the street:) and close to the old town. The terrace is spacious and very pleasant with a nice view and everything was very clean. Communication with Filippos is very easy and pleasant.
