Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

In summer 2025 we have redorated the bedrooms and refreshed the lounge furniture. Underfloor heating and cozy wood fire for winter enjoyment. You share our 5 acres with us but we have provided a private outside space to take in the scenery and enjoy some peace and quiet. Check out our photos!
