Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. Nice little apartment with everything you need.

The apartment is integrated in a quiet residential area in a house. The residential area is located directly on the Rhine.  The Rhine is just 500m away, not even 1 km away on foot. On the Rhine are many beautiful coves with a sand-kies beach, which can be reached through wide paths.  Shopping can be found 1.8 km on foot and 5 minutes by car There is (Lidl, Aldi, Netto, Edika, Rossman, Kik, Action). The apartment is all alone for them.

The charming apartment is furnished with an eye for detail and offers our guests maximum peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a generous living ambiance. The bathroom is equipped with a hot tub. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighboring street in Worms. The ground-floor apartment is close to the park and offers a cozy bedroom, a living room and a shower room. A kitchen and a terrace, where you can also barbecue, are also available. The barrier-free apartment is suitable for 2 adults and max. 1 child. You can easily reach the main train station and the city center with restaurants and shops. A bus stop is 100 meters away.

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment and a refrigerator. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, a table and two chairs, a double bed. Wi-Fi is available.
