Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wood Green

I booked Ursula place last minute and was impressed with the experience. The space was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described -perfect for what I needed. Despite the late booking, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything seamless. it felt comfortable, welcoming, and genuinely like a home away from home. I'd absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay.

We loved our stay! The room has everything you need for a few days, including a mini fridge stocked with some breakfast bits which was a lovely touch. There’s beautiful artwork in the house and a sweet dog and cat. It’s a peaceful area, and transport links are convenient too. Mara was very kind, we felt very welcome. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful 10 days at Anne's. She is a great hostess, always had good tips for us and a sympathetic ear. The rooms are large, bright and above all the beds were excellent (... the best beds I've ever had in a holiday apartment). We had a breakfast room to ourselves and felt very, very comfortable. Don't forget: Caldey and the two cats, who made our stay even more pleasant. Anne's place is highly recommended. Anna and Regina

Had a lovely stay as part of a yearly trip to London with friends, convenient location not far from stations if you need to get into central London. House was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay and reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

The location is great, and the house is very clean. The kitchen, bathroom, and beds were all spotless, and the view is amazing. Margaret responds to messages very quickly. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much💐

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, met with friends, easy for taxi drivers to find their way. Enjoyed the walks around the area, Newhall feels you are living in the countryside with all the greenery surrounding the area. Very pleasant area.

Our stay at Alex's flat was perfect. It's exceptionally clean & comfortable, with modern appliances and appealing decor. My son, husband and I felt immediately at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & wake up with tea/coffee. I slept so well I was on English time immediately, something I've never experienced before. I've stayed in several parts of London, but will always try to come back to Hampstead. The scenic & well appointed village is a minute from the flat. Everything we needed was less than a 5 mins away, but the flat feels quiet & secluded despite this proximity. Overground & Underground stations are easy walks. We used both, but mostly just wanted to head back to Hampstead. Hampstead Heath is breathtaking. Being right next to it was very special. Alex is an exceptional host. His messages were so welcoming. Home instructions were well organized. Messages about check-in/out were timely & clear. He was very responsive & helpful. Thank you, Alex!

Lovely flat in a vibrant neighbourhood - everything was exactly as described and I appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom very much. The hosts were super friendly and easy to reach and the flat had everything one can wish for, it was very clean and tidy and everything worked. Would love to return anytime. Thanks so much!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Friendly, welcoming and extremely reasonably priced- we had a great stay at Jane's. super friendly and helpful, a great breakfast to boot. Easily commutablento the London Olympic Park, just one tune stop away, but with great restaurants locally. really friendly cats too 🐈 😻

Staying with Monica was really very nice. It was very nice and everything is furnished with attention to detail. Super clean room and always available for a good conversation. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. She is very helpful and friendly and Charlie is also super sweet.

Great place! Clean home and Anamaria was very hospitable. The neighborhood is really nice and diverse. The Herne Hill transit station is a short walk away, taking you straight to Victoria where you can then transfer to other lines. Bus stops are in super close distance too. Loved the retail stores and restaurants in the area.

I very much enjoyed staying at Jackie's garden apartment. She was helpful with suggestions. Breakfast dishes were always placed out for me. Her garden was a welcome haven after a long day of walking. She was informative and friendly. Everything you would want or expect in a host. Thank you, Jackie, for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Mary and Martin were the warmest and kindest of hosts. We felt like we were in the finest Bed and Breakfast nestled in the countryside. You will sleep peacefully. The location is convenient to Greenwich, Central London, and West London. The room is kept amply stocked with tea, coffee, snacks, drinks. We had some of the best sleep. In the morning, Mary and Martin prepare a fresh and hearty breakfast with an excellent pot of tea. Mary and Martin are passionate about telling the story of their neighborhood and we learned a great deal over breakfast. They provide ample guidance if asked and give you more than enough space and privacy. Mary was kind enough to provide a lovely hand fan for our night at Royal Albert Hall on a humid afternoon.
