We really enjoyed our vacation at this place! The two houses that we rented with our group of 10 offered enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed for our self-catering. We were able to prepare meals together without any problems and the selection of cooking options was sufficient. The highlight of our stay was the hot tubs, which were cleaned daily and thus always offered a clean and pleasant experience. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and the place is definitely recommended.

I would stay here again and could not recommend this more! A great host and an amazing location with everything we needed to completely relax. I would also recommend the Lemon Tart from Cakes De Anamarie! This only made the stay even better :)

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house near Lake Bled. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a warm welcome, and shared recommendations for exploring the area. We also rented electric bikes from him, which was a great way to discover the surroundings. The house itself was very comfortable and well‑equipped — we especially enjoyed the grill, which was a nice addition for making dinner. The host also organized a rafting trip for us, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. All in all, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would love to return!

We felt very comfortable, the self-catering in the spacious kitchen-living area was quite possible, with the gastronomic coffee machine (1 coffee €0.5) we made friends. In sunny weather, the dining tables outdoors are very nice (beautiful views, good air, tranquility ...) The children accounts are throughout the yard area and experience direct contact with pets. The sauna at no additional cost was much appreciated after longer hikes to relax. I spent a relaxing time at the Grimmingblick hut with my children, grandchildren and friends.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

A dream stay! Everything was great! The owner Anja is incredibly warm and nice, the communication worked smoothly. The accommodation is cozy and compact, offering an exceptionally high level of relaxation with a sauna and jacuzzi. The location is a real highlight: at the top of the mountain, almost in the middle of the forest - absolute peace and pure relaxation. However, it should be noted that the way there leads over many serpentines, which makes the journey a bit more demanding. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

It’s a magical place and we felt right at home. Sven was there to receive us and showed us around the property. The view is amazing and peaceful. Couldn’t find a better place to relax and enjoy the nature at its finest. We were even allowed to have the fresh strawberries and the herbs directly from the garden. What a privilege to be able to experience such a comfortable stay. All in all a great gateway experience. Five days were too less to spend in such an amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. We would definitely be going there again 😃

The place was very quiet and conveniently close to the river, making it a peaceful retreat. Ales was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Anita is an incredible host! Please do not skip her breakfast service because you will miss the flavors, the love, the creativity and the deliciousness that she puts in it. The stay at Anita’s place is not a regular stay. It’s an experience that enriches your spirit. You have a sauna and a sun gong that you can use to cleanse and uplift your spirit. The way she arranged the whole property is something that has such a calming and grounding effect. Would definitely recommend this place and we will come back for sure!

Staying with Nina and her family was a dream: a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting with super friendly hosts. Simply great! The apartment is very nicely furnished, with a lot of passion and ideas - you can tell that someone has really put a lot of effort into it. A tiny tip: take a warm sweater with you - the thick, old walls keep the cold out quite well in summer. The apartment is a nice starting point for all kinds of activities, we were very impressed by the waterfall. Nina and her husband welcomed us very kindly and really took care of us: Thank you!!

Beautiful house in Carinthia, in close proximity to activities/attractions such as Uršlja gora, ski resort Kope, Peca and AlpakaLanda. You found everything and more in the accommodation for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful interior, and a corner to relax, an ideal end to a day in the hills. The host helped us with guidance, was flexible and responsive. 10/10 if we had time we would have stayed even longer

Gal was extremely nice and helpful. Everything went so smoothly from check-in until we left her place. She was also very understanding and accommodated our needs well. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and the location is the best, close walk to the lake, yet private enough that it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

I received a very warm welcome and felt comfortable right away. The room is beautifully decorated, with solid wood furniture that creates a warm and aesthetic atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything I needed. The location in the quiet village and the cozy terrace are perfect for relaxing. The host also recommended a wonderful hiking route to Mount Matajur, which was a real highlight. I would love to come back anytime!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

We rented Darinka’s cottage for a week and had a wonderful time with our family. The house is peacefully located in the mountains and offers a stunning view. We could enjoy our meals outside while taking in the beautiful scenery. There were also toys available for the children, which they really enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat comfortably. In short, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature!

We stayed with the two of us and our dog for 6 nights in Maximilian's house. Everything was fine and sparkling clean! There was a voucher with all the information about the house (e.g. for the garbage disposal). The garden is also used by Maximilian and his girlfriend, but our dog was just allowed to sniff around all day. The hosts were very sweet to our dog. Nice! Nice base for a nature holiday in combination with visiting Graz! We definitely recommend the house, also with a larger group!
