Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.

Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt can each be reached in 40min by car.

A picnic basket breakfast is possible on request at any time. You can choose from three different variants. From May 2025, there will be a sauna and hot tub in the garden with wonderful views of the mountains. Deck chairs and seating invite you to linger in the garden.
