Great location and it matched the description and key pictures. A great responsive management team who met our requests for fresh linen changes and always keen to know if we needed anything more to make our stay more comfortable. A good option to stay if convenience, comfort and ease are important.

We thoroughly enjoyed The "Annexe". It was small but quaint and we couldn't be more pleased with it's cleanliness and attentiveness by the host. The bed was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very nice - just a different shower set up than we are used to, but still very nice. The surroundings of this area are just outstanding. We were able to walk to the Maidenhead train stop in about 23 minutes or so. From there, we accessed the GWR and were able to travel around London - The Tube can be very confusing so make sure you know your directions. We traveled North to Leyland on our trip. Jan provided recommendations of local pubs/restaurants and we were allowed to use her washer and dryer which was great as we had just finished a cruise. We chose this location because it isn't far from Heathrow. All in all this felt like a 4 Star+ Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely lovely annexe in a quiet, beautiful location. Cant fault it at all. The hosts were responsive and friendly and the property is immaculate. A lovely, well organised living space with tasteful decor and wonderful, airy interior. We had a brief but very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit Henley, walk the Chilterns or stay during Regatta. The family are delightful and we felt incredibly welcome. Thank you so much!

This was my second stay at Annamaria's apartment. The flat is extremely conveniently located, being close to Reading town centre, railway station, and bus services. It is spacious with everything you need. Annamaria and her colleague Heidi are always friendly and helpful. This flat is for sure my preferred place to stay when I visit Reading. We have spent a whole month in the apartment and it was amazing! The building is located very close to the city centre but far enough to be quiet and sweet. Apartment is well equipped and has a perfect city view. Steven was a very helpful host and even came to help when we had an issue with automatic blinders. Note - there is no actual dedicated working place, only the dining table.

I could not say more positive things about this rental. What a gorgeous place to stay. Private yet close to all things you could want. Wendy was the most wonderful host. Gave me my space but every so often checked in with me to see if I needed anything. I will be highly recommending the place to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

Hidden Gem in the town centre. It didn’t feel like you were in a town even though it’s conveniently close to shops and the train station. The flat was very spacious, more than enough room for us (Two adults, two children and a baby). The flat had absolutely everything we needed, and some. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Angie was extremely responsive and kind with her communication. We went to Legoland which was a 10 minute drive. We will be staying again if we’re allowed and maybe using the train to visit London. Finally, the value was very cheap for what you get I thought.

Perfect location

I had a wonderful stay at Cathrine's Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cathrine was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend staying here!

Other than no parking the location and premises were excellent. Parking was available 100m away so manageable. Quite comfortable apartment.

This was a very late last minute booking and whilst the initial registering process (photo of driving licence) was unexpected, the process was quite smooth and very quick Shout out to Louise who actually called me up when I was having difficulty getting into the property (my own fault). She was very helpful and proactive I will certainly be staying here again.

We came and stayed for one night to acclimatise our hyper-sensitive dog to going away from home. Really lovely and peaceful for us all. Views of the farms were lovely and everything in the space is what we needed. Met the owners the next day and they were super.

Great place in a great location. easy to access and the private carpark is amazing.

Very nice experience, my family and I had a very dependent holiday here. The transport is very convenient, the house is clean and tidy and the owners are exceptionally responsible and very quick to respond.

Maria was very responsive when I had a question, and her place was as described. Very quiet, safe location, and very comfortable interior. Conveniently located to bus-stops and South Ealing Underground. The 65 bus will take you right to historic Richmond, for a nice day out. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay there again.

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

a beautiful little place, very cosy with perfect matching interior items. Soft towels were on hand, as well as robes. The hot tub is to die for, a very pretty well lit area, quite romantic! thank you for a lovely stay

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

I always stay with Aakanksha when I'm in Reading. The property has all the essential amenities and is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The place is clean and warm and homely. The host is a fantastic host. She goes out of her way to help you. She's very helpful with quick and easy communication. And she makes check in very easy and stree-free. I'm always made to feel welcome. I would recommend staying with Aakanksha if you're staying in Reading. Brilliant host.
