Cottage holiday rentals in Woburn

We had such a delightful time. The house and garden were glorious. We really appreciated all the welcoming touches in the house such as blankets and games. We loved it and hope to be back, thank you.

We booked three barns and the hut for 7 people. It was a work event for two nights and we were able to work outside, enjoy the bbq and enjoy cooking and playing games together. One of the best work trips we had. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend had such an amazing time at this place. We’ve had something similar in the past but this one takes the cake. Very private and has an amazing view. Close to the road so sometimes you’ll hear people walking past and cars. But at night you can sit in the hot tub and enjoy looking at the stars. In our case we saw a shooting star while sat in the hot tub. I would 100% suggest this to friends and come again.!!!! Thank you

Wow! Our group of 9 ladies have had the most amazing weekend at this lovely property. We loved the warm welcome from the hosts & very much appreciated the goodies left out for us & helpful instructions. We were lucky to have beautiful sunshine, enabling us to make the most of the wonderful garden. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and making s’mores in the hobbit hut, as well as yoga on the lawn & watercolour painting under the apple tree - a truly blissful girls’ weekend! The bunnies & Welly the pig were gorgeous! The house was clean & there was plenty of room for the 9 of us, we barely used the lounge and dining room! We also hired the games barn & it was like having our own little pub & a great evening’s entertainment. We would have loved to have stayed longer & tried out the pizza oven. We enjoyed a long walk including the spooky railway tunnel & a great meal over the road at the pub. We couldn’t have asked for more and would love to return! Thank you Hannah & Noel :)

We liked Nick’s place. Our group were 6 adults and 4 children of 6 years and under and we had plenty of space. The children mainly played in the play room and lounge, which left the kitchen and dining room as an easy space to get the jobs done. We had a hot tub in the garden and also used the barbecue. We will try to visit again.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

Wish we could go back on a regular basis, as this was an amazing stay for our first time to the UK. Absolutely would recommend! Thank you for a lovely week!

Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful location! We stayed as 9 adults and a dog, we all had loads of space and the dog was able to freely run around as the fence was secured with chicken wire. It’s is a truly unique property, maintaining its old water mill features and surrounded by beautiful views of fields. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the host was thoughtful leaving a home made Victoria sponge. It was also very easy to access other villages in the Cotswolds with a car, as well as local walks. Perfect for a large group.

We spent most of our time hiking, but had a few quality hours enjoying a nice relaxing evening afterwards. the house suited us perfectly. we would happily recommend. we couldn't locate the cutlery in the recess draw, but not a big deal

Old English cottage in the middle of the countryside. Andy had thought of all amenities and was extremely personable and hospitable. It felt like a museum in places what with old telephones and old iMac computer screens on display. We stayed as two families (4 kids in total) and had a great time. Thanks Andy!

We had a wonderful stay here, the cottage was really clean with everything you could need including lovely toiletries/soap/hand creams, a well equipped kitchen and tennis rackets for the court outside. It was located in a really peaceful area, with easy access to paths straight from the cottage. Lots of choice of places to eat nearby . The outside space was great, our children loved having a go on the tennis court and we even saw a deer in the garden! Georgie was quick to respond to pur questions, helpful and offered flexibility around check in/out. we would definitely come back!

The Granary is a lovely thatched cottage tucked away in a peaceful spot on a no through lane in the old part of the village. The property ticked all my boxes for a peaceful and comfortable stay when visiting family living close by. The gated driveway parking directly adjacent to the property makes easy work of unloading/loading on arrival/departure. There are lovely mature garden surrounds to the property offering a good degree of privacy, although not fully enclosed if you have young children or pets. With two dogs in tow it was an added bonus to have lovely countryside walks directly from the door over the adjacent Edgecote Estate. Michael the host’s communication and directions for accessing the property were excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend.

The accommodation was faultless, the barns (there are 3 with identical layouts attached together) have been so well designed, the ground floor is all open plan with a large mezzanine area upstairs for bedroom and bathroom, everywhere feels spacious and the barn is well furnished . The purpose of our stay was business and after a hard days work it was a delight to arrive to discover the above and relax. That evening we subsequently booked for the next week as we have a nearby business and using an Airbnb cuts out 3 hours daily commuting.

A wonderful stay at Marc’s place in Grafham. It’s a great location with local amenities and lovely places to walk. The lodge is surrounded by trees and really peaceful. We hope to return!

We received the warmest welcome from Ginny and John, they had even baked us a fresh wholemeal loaf! They are the easiest people to communicate with and had anticipated all needs for our two night stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The cottage and garden is absolutely charming in an idyllic setting. We visited The Imperial War Museum at Duxford and Audley End House. There were plenty of options for a delightful walk as soon as you step over the threshold ,along clearly signed footpaths . Ginny and John are excellent hosts, warm and friendly but totally respectful of your privacy. We highly recommend a stay at Barn Cottage. Thank you Ginny & John!

We had a lovely stay at Olivia’s place. It was clean, quiet and in beautiful surroundings. The apple juice and eggs were a nice touch and Olivia and her family welcomed us personally. Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Cosy historical cottage with modern amenities and surprisingly good interior lighting. Great location right in the middle of Bray village. Host is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Couldn’t wait to stay here again- thank you!

An AMAZING host and just a stunning setting!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in pretty Pear Tree Cottage. James and his family are warm, friendly and responsive hosts. The accommodation enjoys the best of all worlds - the setting is tranquil and scenic and at the same time just an hour’s drive from Northwest London. There are great local restaurants offering good dietary options and a handy supermarket in Marston Moretaine. We were able to go for lovely walks in a nature reserve right on the doorstep. We would love to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Marianna and Jon’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Marianna was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect for what we needed. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Indi's place is an oasis. A beautiful setting in the countryside, lots of wildlife, close to gorgeous public pathways....just wonderful. Our home for three nights was incredibly cozy, nicely decorated and well equipped. our hosts were just wonderful, and delivered freshly baked croissants daily too! we can't express enough what a super lovely time we had at Indi's place, and very much hope to visit again down the road. Thank you Indi!

Wow what a beautiful place for such a reasonable price….. I don’t think the pictures do it justice….. Well equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom/bathroom and very eloquently furnished. Thank you we will definitely be back :-)

Delightful to meet the host and his wife. Great place for walks. Walked to the Fox and Hounds on Richard's recommendation for dinner. Sat in the garden for aperitif felt as though in France. Fresh flowers added gesture. Everything required for a delicious breakfast. Great fresh coffee for the cafetiere. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tranquil beautiful place to stay in this area. Thank you.
