Das 60qm große Studio ist als "Haus im Haus" in die obere Etage unserer Scheune gebaut. Zum Appartement gehört eine Loggia mit weiten Panoramafenstern, durch die man die Sonnenuntergänge über der Pferdekoppel bestaunen kann. Ausgelegt ist der Raum als Appartement für 2-6 Personen und Studio für andere Zwecke. Mit Eichenparkett, Lehmwänden, einem Schlafpodest und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist es liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche befindet sich im EG mit separatem Zugang.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free season! Horses can be brought along. The sauna and bathing area, 50 meters from the main house, you may need to share with other guests. Wi-Fi: 13-36 Mbps - Zoom meetings work.

My accommodation: a construction trailer that was once a garden house that was placed on a mobile frame. The construction trailer was provided with a covered veranda, received a completely new, tasteful interior with lighting, folding beds, retractable table, etc., and now stands on a large sheep meadow, between old fruit trees, beech hedges and currant bushes, directly on the Elbe dyke. On the property: a utility kitchen, a sauna with toilet and shower for the construction trailer.

The 163 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

On our property of around 6,000 square meters, there are several quiet corners to relax, read or tone with the family. In addition to a large number of different apple trees, we also have cherries, platters, walnuts, pears and shrub fruit – in the harvest months it is allowed to be eaten and picked. Each apartment has its own seating area in the garden. BBQ and fire pit, as well as our pavilion, may be shared by everyone.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
